This is the second time that I have used Liberty Tree Service.They do great work.It is done quickly and their prices are reasonable. We have recommended them to others and they too were satisfied.

I had Dan with Liberty Tree Service come out and do a tree removal for me. I got a great price and they did an excellent job removing the tree. Highly recommended.

Excellent and prompt service. They took down several trees with 4 foot trunks in my property and did a great job. It was very clean, fast and efficient. They also ground the stumps nicely. Plus, they are also a bunch of nice guys.

Everything about this experience was fantastic! We discussed how the trees would be trimmed and the knowledge on the best way and places where to cut made me at total ease since I was not able to be home that day. The property was left in perfect condition as if no one was there. I am so extremely pleased with their attention to detail and caring enough to do an Awesome job!!!

Have to agree with the other 1 star.. liberty sent the quote on 8/22 and it is now 12/11 with no word on a date to do the work (and yes many friendly follow-up emails were sent inquiring for when to expect). Recognize there has been much rain this season, but finally called another company last week and the work is already done..

Liberty is in a word FANTASTIC! Jesse came to my house to access the tree damage caused by the recent storm . And he was there in 20 minutes com the time of my phone call (on a Saturday). G0ave my a price that I coulh not believe. I agreed to to the ptive and hiscrew was thete in 1 1/2 hour . through job and complete clran up.

We got a quote from Jesse in the fall of 2020. All seemed good and we gave him the go ahead to begin as soon as possible. He said he will contact us in a week or so to let us know when he was going to start . Several weeks, phone calls and text later we still had not heard back from him. I finally got thru to him on a phone call and he said “let’s just wait until the spring” I was OK with that and trusted he would follow through.
Fast forward to spring of 2021 after several calls and texts with no response whatsoever. Nothing. Zero Finally one day I got him on the phone which I believe it was an accident on his part to answer. I nicely explained that I had been trying to reach him for a while and is he still interested in the job?
He replied by saying “ yes I am still interested but I get 50 texts and phone calls a day I don’t have time to reply to each one of them” on top of that he had an attitude with me.
Huh?? Out of sheer common courtesy he could’ve just apologized, I understand people get busy (and that’s a good thing these days isn’t it? ) My husband and I have been in local business led for over 30 years in our community.
I would never ever consider treating a customer like this or even an enemy for that matter. A little professionalism
and common courtesy can go along way. I can’t review their work because I never got that far but the way Jesse handled the situation was so
disappointing and just plain rude. I would not recommend this company based on their customer service alone. If there were zero stars I would give that.

It’s hard to find a good contractor to do a job as promised on their initial estimate visits, but in this case the work was performed as promised, and they also grounded 2 additional stumps for me at no additional cost. If you need a tree cut, call them, you will not regret it. I highly recommend Liberty Tree service.

Liberty initially came out to my property on May 2019 to take care of a fallen tree, from there Santos and his crew did an amazing job on a
Landscape project I asked him to do. He regraded the front yard, planted boxwoods, a Japanese maple tree and sourced a large rock with my address on it. His work ethic is parallel to none. I would highly recommend Santos to anyone who is looking to do any landscape work.

Liberty Tree Service was great to us when we needed four (4) enormous pin oak trees cut down that were near our house. They removed all materials from our property and ground down the stumps so that we could plant grass seed and renew open space in our yard. Highly recommend their services.

The immediate response to my emergency situation was amazing. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable about how to properly prune my tree. The crew were skilled, professional, efficient, and totally cleaned up my yard when the job was completed. Highly recommend

Recently had some storm damage. Large pine tree fell and took out a cherry tree below it. Also had a few branches hanging in backyard which were a problem due to children and dog. Liberty Tree Service came out the very next day and did an amazing job. I am a construction manager and deal with contractors for a living . If they were all as good as Liberty Tree Service my job would be easy. Extremely professional and left my yard cleaner than they found it. If you are looking for a tree company don’t look any further . I have dealt with a few in the area and will only call Liberty now.

Liberty Tree Service headed by Jesse was very professional and affordable. The job was done right and they cleaned up impeccably. (very important to us)

Liberty Tree Service just finished removing 5 tall trees at our home. Santos was a pleasure to deal with throughout. He stayed on the jobsite the entire time and was very professional, punctual and pleasant to work with. They completed the job quickly and neatly. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend Santos and Liberty Tree Service.

They are just great!! Had tree work done today. Did more then a beautiful job on two big trees One was an Oak the other a Maple. Very courteous and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend. Have used the larger tree services in the past, but Liberty is much more thorough. Very easy to work with. Extremely pleased would absolutely use them for all are tree needs!!!

I hired Liberty and they were amazing. Showed up on time, they were so nice and educated us on what would they would be doing.
My house looks brand new all my neighbors love the landscape. A few actually knocked on my door to tell me how beatiful it is Thank you so much. Best part their office called the next day to see if I was happy with the job! Customer service at it best.

Had a great experience with Jesse and his team. At their suggestion, we retained the trunk of our downed oak as a natural bridge over our creek, and they even took the time to level it out and cut in some steps. It looks fantastic! We will be sure to hire them again for any future fallen trees.

Great service from Liberty Tree and their crew was fantastic. When I have more ash trees to take down in the fall, I already requested the same crew. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They are hard-working, polite and they cleaned up all the debris! I highly recommend them.

This company is nothing short of professional. Jesse (owner) is ex military and therefore is very strategic and thorough, yet very understanding and flexible on pricing. Santos (on site manager) is a knowledgeable, friendly, and honest individual who does his best to make sure the site is cleaner than upon arrival. They are skilled professionals who are a pleasure to know and will be getting many referrals from me down the line. As far as Tree work, don't hesitate to call Liberty and you'll be pleased you did.
