We have used Sav A Tree for awhile for regular tree maintainence and have been impressed with the service they provided. We recently had to decide if a very large, old tree needed to be removed from our property and Rob Nagy came out to evaluate tbe tree. He was very professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Over the years he guided us about the care of the tree. The decision was made to take the tree down for safety and to avoid property damage. Every step of the process was positive. Rob communicated with us every step of the way and his crew did an excellent job. I would recommend them for any tree care needs.

We had an excellent experience with Rob Nagy and his team at SavATree. First of all, Rob is extremely quick at processing request for service. We had a tree fall in our backyard and Rob was there the next day to take a look and walk the property. He was also able to point out other problem areas where trees looked like they were on their last legs, which would have posed a safety hazard for our children.

On the day of tree removal, Rob and his team were there on time and did a thorough job cleaning the entire area. What is special about him is that he stands by his work and spent the next day walking through the work that he completed and answered all questions I had.

I have also utilized Rob for stump removal, where his team cleaned up our yard to look significantly better than it did before.

I would recommend SavATree and Rob Nagy’s team to anyone needing yard service.

I want to commend the SavATree team at the Huntingdon Valley location whom I have contracted for many years. The receptionists and office staff, particularly Agnes Nagy, are always responsive, friendly and accommodating to any questions or requests. I had an issue about my lawn and it was corrected to my satisfaction by Chris Heyser. When I had trees trimmed last month, Justin, Dale and Chris were friendly, worked hard, respected the property (plants etc.), checked with me before completing the assignment, and cleaned up the debris thoroughly. When sod was installed, Dale and Joe were very conscientious and attentive to laying it well and watering before leaving. I am pleased with the services offered by Giroud's SavATree group.

Rob Nagy is super knowledgeable and gives great advice, goes out of his way to help. The workmen are also careful and diligent on every project. They’re the “whipped cream with cherry on top” lawn care experts.

We started as clients of Giroud before they merged with SavATree. Since our property has a lot of older trees, we were pleased that from our first appointment we were assigned an arborist. It is great to have someone who knows our property and can make good recommendations. We have used the company for a number of things including tree and large shrub trimming and had about 5 trees taken down. We always enjoyed working with Drew, our arborist as he is knowledgeable and not pushy. Unfortunately, he recently retired but we look forward to continuing our relationship with SavATree.

Our grass has never looked better since SavATeee began fertilizing! Chris always does a great job with the application!

He showed up on time for the estimate, prepared the estimate on the spot (no waiting) and the work was done in the timeframe he told me it would be. Working with arborist Sam Torres was a real pleasure. We were very happy to hear that we could save are 4 Maple trees with proper pruning and a fertilization plan.
The team did a great job and the trees look good. They cleaned up really well and there was surprisingly very little damage to the lawn considering how soft the soil was.

Rob Nagy and his team did a wonderful job on my trees.
We met initially with Rob to discuss plans for pruning each tree. About a week later his men arrived, on time, and discussed what had previously been planned.
Both employees were knowledgeable and respectful of my property and opinion.
They worked efficiently, cleaned up cut debris and left my property looking great!

Outstanding service from start to finish! Although we had to wait (covid), it was well work it! Could not be happier with the results. It seemed to get done quickly, however they were here for a good time and took care to properly remove only what was needed and keeping a completely nature look. I have been using their tree service to care for my Ashe tree for about 10 years now. They use to be a smaller company called Giroud. I stayed with them when they sold to SavATree to give them a chance. They continued to offer amazing service. I would HIGHLY recommend them for an Arborist service.

Got an estimate one tree needed to be treated for scales and other trees needed to be cut back and some shrubs needed to be removed. Men showed up in the morning. I went out when I came home. They were finished and it looked great

We were very satisfied with the tree trimming and removal. When inspecting the work done, I saw that the bush outside the front windows was covered with a fungus. We're disappointed that the crew didn't notice and give us a suggestion on how to treat it.

The office staff was great, assisting in having an appointment setup with my schedule. My Arborist Sam created a plan to help get my lawn back looking the way it used to look before the drought last year. We also have some tree work lined up as well, highly recommend Savatree to anyone looking to get their trees & lawn taken care of.

When I agreed to have you aerate and seed my lawn I specifically requested you to insure that the open spots next to the driveway were aerated or soil loosened before seeding
Last year it was not done and I had no grass there all summer -
It was again not done this year- all I could see was seed on the surface - and not all the areas were treated.

My worst spot on the side of the house had no seed a foot from the landscape bed

So no not happy

This is 2nd time in just over a year I’ve needed trees removed, and SavATree has delivered both times. Last year I had several that were high storm risk, this year multiple my homeowners insurance required.

Rob has been my arborist, and he is stellar. As a woman, I always feel I get true, unbiased info conveyed with respect.

He responds quickly and thoroughly, and even worked through an issue with me this AM where I had to have the police help with removing a parked car to complete crane work.

The crews are always respectful, clean, conscious of my garden, and thorough with debris removal.

Payment systems are easy to use and receipts easy to provide to insurance.

Office staff responds quickly and leaves detailed voicemails. As someone with a lot of work meetings, this bridges the communications gaps.

It’s rare any contract work feels white glove end-to-end. This SavATree team takes it up a notch.
