Affordable fixes was the 3rd company to come out and give me an estimate on 3 full hvac systems they are by far stood out from the crowd
*before walking into my home the representative was prepared with bootes,gloves and mask
*the negotiation didn't start at my table they first went over all of the equipment and duckwork
*explained in detail the problems with my duckwork
Then they gave me a complete report and thier recommendations

My tech Brian was very thorough and had excellent customer service. I had been going through my warranty company (American Home Sheild) who sent a terrible company to my home. Brian fixed the job that the tech they sent out from the warranty job screwed up. Because of Brian and his knowledge my AC unit is back to running like it is supposed to.

Found this company thru google. The name speaks for itself, affordable for sure! Super happy with everything. I had AC problems and the team came in replaced everything super quick and were extremely clean! The owner is super pleasant to deal with and is very quick with responses which is rare these days. I’ve used their services multiple times now and they’re by far the most professional and courteous towards their customers then any other company I’ve used in the past I was really blown away by it. I’ve had my furnace repaired the same day it broke, my vents and duct work cleaned and a couple faucets installed which all can be pretty pricey but they offer financing to make things extremely affordable. Definitely recommending them to anyone in need of plumbing or hvac services. Val, Valarie, and the technicians that came out went above and beyond for me. 10/10!

Hey everyone! I requested service from affordable fix. This name are fake name calling as Affordable Fix, they provided service to me without any estimate scope job for my project in my place. With two hours job service done in my place for water heater it just a service done they billed me next day with almost $3000.00 and when I called to office, manager says it no negotiation it’s our flat rate, what the hell is that and what king of service is that for supply water heater for over $2500.00 ??? I was shocked when I seen that invoice. They didn’t price me for service they didn’t negotiate with we didn’t agreed the scope job before they started but they are surprised next day. When I called them, manager name is Vlad the only thing what I heard from him if you not paid us our flat rate for service we will send you to collection. Now I submitted to the court to ask this company to provide me all the sign paperwork before this job was started. There’s non!!! Do not trust this Affordable Fix company anymore. Think well before you ask or call them for business 1000 times!!! No way, never, I would never recommend them never ever to anyone!!! Horrible customer service and communication skills!!!
