We had the best experience with Shepherd HVAC. Messaged me same day and was able to squeeze me in and service my heating system. Quick and reliable service from Author and his guys. I needed a part replaced and he ordered it and fixed it within 1 day. One company quoted us $18,000 and they fixed it within the price of a couple hundred of dollars. They saved our house for the winter.

Fabulous experience, start to finish! To be as brief as possible, my air stopped working a day before a heat wave. I found Shepherd on Thumbtack and Arthur was willing speak to me right away, 7:00 in the evening. He answered every question I could possibly have, appreciated the urgency of my situation and arranged to have a new HVAC system installed the next day. I know he had to shift around some scheduling to make it happen and he did! The price was VERY fair, so much so that I knew I needn’t shop elsewhere. The technicians were very polite and did excellent work. Arthur came
out twice, at the beginning and end of the job to make sure all was well. I couldn’t be more relieved, pleased and grateful!
