Joff was extremely attentive when we first reached out because our AC wasn’t working. It was 6:30 pm and He came out immediately and found out it was the capacitor that went bad. He had a new capacitor first thing in the morning and had it fixed in no time at all. He had also followed up via text multiple times to make sure that everything was working and the temperature was dropping. We can’t be happier with the prompt service from Joff at McCorry. The best!!!

If anyone runs into any issues with having to blast their AC 24/7 this summer, we HIGHLY recommend McCorry Comfort. This last month we were afraid our AC was on the verge on needing a full replacement. When asked them to look into long standing concerns they found the culprit and we saw immediate positive results. They were extremely thorough and wonderful to work with.

My client was discharged from hospital on June 25, 2025 and we returned to her condominium only to discover that the air conditioning system was not operable. It was Day 3 of the 4 Day heatwave in Philadelphia. Not surprisingly all of the air-conditioning contractors contacted were tied up and gave estimates of 5 to 7 days before they could come by.
On the recommendation of building management, we contacted McCorry Comfort which also was booked solid for days. Explaining the situation to Bill however, and the fact that the resident was 95 years of age, he asked for my number and called back within 10 minutes to say that his son Nick would juggle his schedule and come right over to assist.
Nick arrived soon thereafter, resolved the problem after about 20 minutes of review, and then as requested called me and very clearly communicated what the issue had been, how it was resolved, and the final steps required. He also explained that she does not need to buy the most expensive air filters but moderate priced are as good since they all only last for 3 months regardless of price. It was up and running within minutes and he remained in the location to ensure it was fully operable and cooling.
