If i could I would have given 0 stars. Takes them nearly 3 months to fix air conditioner and looks like I'm not the only person who has issues in the complex. Btw this is through rental appartments, not a private/direct job, so no, not fake review!

08/03/24 update - still not fixed, my rental admin still hasn't heard from this company for at least 3 weeks now, if not 4, about a part that supposed to be replaced 3-4 weeks ago as promised. And stop saying this review is fake because IT IS NOT - maybe hire some decent workers and get back to Lindy communities with an update how much longer this is going to take!

The team at Abrams has been such a reliable, fast, knowledgable, and kind group to work with. Since moving into my historic home in Philly I have had a number of plumbing crisis and I am so glad that I got to work with the Abrams team to quickly and completely resolve my problems.

I had Marc come over and install a new water heater…. While he was here he pointed out a slow leak (drip) in one of the pipes behind some junk in my basement. He replaced the valve for me.
He was on time., cleaned up when he was finished., and was very fair with pricing. I would highly recommend!!!

Horrible experience. Unprofessionalism to its best. I had HVAC guy come out and do a diagnostic on system and gave me wrong diagnostic on the part that was bad. I had a professional come out and put the part in and told me that the part they told me to put in was good. I called them to see if they could come out and do a right diagnostic on it and the guy told me that it was a process of illumination. Wow please don’t waste your money or time on this company.

Abrams Plumbing and Heating has been my go to for all my plumbing and heading needs over the past few years. Marc always answers right away, is honest and professional. I would recommend Abrams Plumbing and Heating to everyone.

Marc helped us repair a leaking radiator pipe that was located in a very difficult position to reach. Three previous company’s refused to do the job and one even tried to sell us on a whole new heating system!
Marc evaluated the problem easily and knew exactly how to solve it. Before you reach out to the big 24/7 service company’s out there, call Abrams Plumbing and Heating first.

We had them replace shutoff valves in the house and repair the shutoff at street level. The craftsmen were knowledgeable, helpful and explained every step of the job and the tools they used. We will definitely be calling them again.

From first speaking with their office manager Tina to meeting Bobby and the guys onsite - I felt very taken care of throughout the whole journey. You can tell they really care about their job. Like other reviews stated they are affordable but offer such great quality! We will definitely be using them again.

They was able to assist me and my 81yr old Mother with replacing her heater system. Tina the receptionist is amazing Mark the owner works with his team as if he is one of the fellows. I've had Marc out a couple times for different plumbing issues (from install to repairs). I found him to have fair pricing and be very reliable. I've also recommended him to my mom and he's done several jobs at her house too (replace hot water heater, several bathroom installs). We will definitely keep using him!!

I have used Abrams Plumbing and Heating multiple times. They are very affordable and offer great quality. They’re really reliable and efficient. Marc, Marv, and Jaden were amazing and extremely helpful. Our basement flooded again and called Abrams last night and was able to set an appointment for this morning. The guys came out thought it could be a broken pipe under the house but finally was able to get the hose through drain and now the back up drain is now open and flowing, no crack. Marc suggested a company to come out to look at the damage and restore. I will definitely be using Abrams for any plumbing, heating, and hvac work!

First time homeowner and I was panicking when my drain got clogged! I had stuff coming out our front lawn and slow drains in the house. Found Abrams Plumbing online and they did not disappoint! From the customer service on the phone to the fast turn around time service! If you are looking for plumbers you can trust, look no further! They did not try to upcharge me and made sure I only got the service I needed! The girl on the phone was so great and knowledgeable and the guys that came were super nice and fast! I was referred by a friend to call this company for some problems with my hot water tank and thank God because I Finally found a plumbing/HVAC company that has all qualities I was looking for. I called to schedule an estimate and I was so grateful that he came to my house that same day. Very professional. Explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. He didn't rush me into making a decision like the 3 other companies that came out before him did. We scheduled the date and time for the work and cost. I was very pleased when they came on time, dressed in their company clothing which makes me more comfortable so I know that they're employees. They were very professional and got right to work. I'm told by my brother that they did very good work and that the price I was given was great. I normally don't write reviews but I was extremely impressed with everything! They always come out asap if it is an emergency. They guys work hard, are efficient and compitenet. Prices are in line with others. They are my 'go to'

I called Abrams in a panic - my heat was broken, my husband was out of town and i was stressed. Tina could not have been nicer and fit me in first thing the next morning. The owner, Marc came out and explained why my old unit wasn’t working - and explained it 3 more times so I understood. He gave me a fair price and came out the following day with a new unit. I cant recommend them enough!

WARNING; I called to schedule an appointment with Abrams Plumbing and heating, and they showed up. Less than 10 minutes after they had a diagnosis of the problem with my furnace, that was a “lie’, they wanted to charge me $3,500 to replace my oil burner blower. They said the blower motor stopped spinning. They charged me $135 to give a wrong diagnosis. After diagnosing the issue on my own, turns out it was a clogged oil injector, and cost me 20 minutes of my time to clean on my own. This company is a scam. Don’t waste your money on this company. I want a refund.

I called Abrams Plumbing and Heating to repair my garbage disposal and they were very professional and had great prices compared to competitors. Marc was able to fit in my repair the morning after I called and I appreciated the prompt response. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing/heating needs, and they told me they have a wide variety of trusted contractors available to do other handyman type repairs as well.

Didn't diagnose (missed) a huge coolant leak I had on my splits. My units had NO coolant when they were here. Told me my units were too small while they weren't even working. Still charged the $135 deposit to show up.
