Yesterday a technician (Jeremy) came to my home to perform a winter heat pump check. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to answer all my questions. I let him know our unit was making a loud noise when it was running. He discovered the plastic cover that sits above the fan in our unit had a broken tab which resulted in the fan hitting the cover. He was able to do a quick “MacGyver” fix with a drill and a zip tie at no additional charge! We have a service plan with this company and feel they have always been honest with us and quick to provide services when needed.

We used Elk air to replace our heat pump in June of 2022. Every employee we interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. The installation team (James and Jake) did a great job. The one issue we had was that there were several issues with the work order so the installation team had to make several trips back to the shop to get or exchange parts (heat pump external unit was one of the incorrect items). James and Jake adapted well to these errors and got the system up and running within the estimated time. Overall, the experience was great and we will be using Elk to maintain this system for the years to come.

I can't say enough good about Elk. I worked with a few different people at this company and every one was professional, communicative and punctual. I needed several different things at my house and was given a few different options with pricing and recommendations. Fairly priced and great service!

We have relied on Elk Air since 2008, when they installed our oil furnace and heat pump. Our technician, Mike, is a detailed professional, and provides routine inspections and maintenance on our units every year, keeping them in perfect condition. Elk Air is an honest company you can rely on for all your furnace and air-
conditioning needs.

Our experience with Elk was great! Our furnace broke in the middle of winter, and Elk made it a priority to get out to us and check on it. Since we had to wait two days until they could install our heater, they allowed us to borrow a few space heaters, which helped keep us warm in the meantime. The installers were respectful and laid tarp down to keep our floors clean while they completed the installation. I would highly recommend Elk to anyone.

Daniel McMullen recommended that I call Elk Heating and Air when I needed my chimney lined in my 90 year old house. I had to wait to get the chimney pointed then I had Elk Heating and Air come out to line the chimney and cap it. Great job, great price, great employees. I would definitely call this business again for any heat or AC needs, and I will recommend them to my neighbors and friends. It’s nice to see a company that does what they say they are going to do. I have had some bad experiences in the past, but Elk came through for me in a big way. Thanks for all your hard work. Especially the two men who came and did the work in a professional and timely manner. You’ll be getting all my business from now on.

I reached out to Elk Air Conditioning & Heating the morning our problems occurred and Emily, who took my call, was so helpful and understand of my needs! She assured me that a technician would be out the same day. Our technician Matt was prompt in telling me the problem with my heater, as well as very knowledgeable on future problems that may arise. I would recommend them for any services or needs!

I investigated several heating and cooling companies before I chose Elk Air Conditioning and Heating. The very first person to come to my home and give me an estimate was Keith Boyle, the Home Comfort Specialist. Keith was the only one of several companies to suggest moving my AC unit to the garage side of my home instead of being located in the rear beside my deck. It was a very innovative suggestion. Keith showed up on time and was extremely professional and patient to go over all the details with me. The pricing was very fair. Keith answered my questions clearly. Next, the installation team arrived as scheduled. Greg, Jake and Corry were also very professional and had very good work ethics. They cleaned up the areas where they worked and Greg explained each step with me. It took two days to complete my work. I am extremely pleased with the service and quality I received. I would highly recommend the company to my family and friends.

Had Elk Air service technician Mike here for install of a new thermostat. Mike did an excellent job and explained the process along the way and did not leave until my system was working properly, Mike was professional, kind and courteous!! I would highly recommend Elk Air for any of your HVAC needs!!

Great experience with Elk Air. Our 19 year old AC died. Elk explained our various options and gave us a proposal that spelled out the prices of each. They got us on their schedule promptly and just completed the replacement. We are happy customers

Elk Heating and Air has been servicing our office building for a few years now and has been great to work with. Our building was built in the mid 70’s and they updated all of our equipment so the building would heat and cool evenly. Always professional and very responsive.

They made it easy! Some other company installed my system and after a while I had issues. Original company couldn’t help me. Elk came out and fixed it for under $100! The previous company installed the equipment wrong 😳 I should have used Elk to begin with. Great honest people. They cleaned up afterwards.

Excellent team for our AC replacement! Cody provided a thorough, flexible set of estimates. Steve and Mark arrived on installation day right on schedule and worked professionally and courteously to get the installation finished with excellent attention to detail. Plus Amanda at Elk HQ was great on keeping us up to date on every step in-between. Same great service as when Elk replaced our furnace 15+ years ago; nice to see some things don't change.

Tim was professional and easily diagnosed and fixed our issue. We have used Elk multiple times and their technicians have consistently been top notch and their prices are fair for the great work they provide! Highly recommend!.

We had had great experience all around. The free estimate experience with Cody was quick and informative. Gage and Tony came in for the install and were very quick and courteous.

ELK Air replaced my furnace, coil and condensing unit. My furnace failed but Cody arrived the next day and was able to have the furnace operational. Steve did a great job installing the new system. The Elk team communication with me throughout the install. I highly recommend.

The installation of the tankless water heater was done flawlessly. The two technicians worked on it and had it installed , up and working in a short time. They also cleaned up after the installation. They were professional and courteous. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
