Underground storm drain was backing up. Called for help. The gentlemen who came were very professional and determined the pipe had collapsed. That cost me a few hundred dollars. But, so far so good... Then, they gave me the estimate to repair the problem which included trenching and laying new pipe, a one day job. Their estimate was 600% higher than everyone else we called. That's right 6X what the job was really worth. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation. While they were professional and knowledgeable, I will not ever call them again.

Our kitchen sink clogged and we were unable to clear it. Zoey from Roto-rooter was able to snake the drain and had it working same day.

Roto Rooter has come through in my time of need twice this year and I really appreciate them. Hopefully I don’t have any more plumbing issues to worry about, but if I do I would not hesitate to call them again!

Zoe came out and did a quick fix on our toilet that was giving us trouble and leaking. She was very professional helped us with any questions we had.

The want to charge me today 850.00 just to remove a toilet and unclog it, with no warrantee. that is 4 times more than other company charge. They are extremely expensive. I will not call them any more. That unclog price is around 300.00 as much.

Troy and Nick his trainee came to our house to replace a kitchen sink faucet. They were both polite and professional. We appreciated them taking the time to go out to buy a replacement faucet as well as help make it as cost effective as possible. Nick handled the install under the guidance of Troy.
