Jorge did an outstanding job on pressure washing my house siding and window frames!!!
He also pressure washed my small plastic shed and plastic chest extra , which were in need of a cleaning!!!! He is very professional and shows he is very consequence in his work!!!! I look forward to using him in future jobs when needed !!! The cost was very responsible!!!! My house looks so amazingly clean and renewed now!!!

My neighbor was getting his done and Jorge was kind enough to fit me in! The siding on my house looks brand new unbeatable price hands down! Great experience! My house will be protected for the upcoming winter! I will be calling him again next year for sure!

I’ve used C&S pressure washing many times over the last few years. As a professional painter I have come to rely on Jorge for all my pressure washing needs. He always does an excellent job. We used to do our own pressure washing because I always thought I was saving money that way, but having Jorge come out ahead of us has proven to be a much better approach. He is 100% excellent 100% of the time.

Jorge was contracted to power wash the white fence surrounding my house. Jorge was a pleasure to work with. Each call was answered timely in both a personable and professional manner.
He went out of his way to schedule very late in the season and did a lovely job in cold and not so lovely weather.
Jorge went above expectations by including areas that I hadn’t even requested cleaning.This, on his own, without price increase.
Another worker came to my house that day, and unsolicited, mentioned how clean my fence looked.

Clean and serene was phenomenal. My house looks brand new and he even left a mold control agent and inhibitor on my concrete. He cleaned the vinyl, gutters, concrete and it all looks great. He was even able to remove the mold from my 2 large porch ceilings which was huge. My wife wanted them to be replaced but now she is very happy with them and ready to decorate. We will definitely be using this service again and recommending to all of our friends and peers. This is our second usage of them and the reliability and consistency with the results is so nice to have in this day and age. The house just looks so bright now and inviting. Thank You Serene.

Grato (and particularly Josh) was so helpful to me as I needed support on maintaining a local home when I am out of state. He responded immediately, made appropriate recommendations and sent me photos along the way so I was informed of progress. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them!

Just had Grato Property Care help us at our home. Josh and his crew came in at our convenience, and did a wonderful job cleaning up our property and installing more mulch. They also took out three holly bushes that weren’t looking nice anymore. That area was raked and reseeded beautifully.

Josh was extremely responsive., And answered all my questions. As he was working, he also asked me if Iiked what he was doing. Otherwise, he would’ve changed trimming the trees, to what I wanted.

The invoice was emailed., With everything broken down, so I knew exactly what everything would cost..

Importantly, he kept in touch! So many people do not respond, but not Josh! He kept in touch by text, which was very convenient for me. After making the decision to have him help us with our property., He was here within two weeks.

Grato was wonderful. They did a great job delicately pressure washing the brick of my 1880 house... not sure it had been cleaned in 140 years.

Most importantly was his consideration of my neighbors. I live in the city, so most contractors bug me with where they should park. Not only did he not do that with his truck+trailer, but he spoke with a neighbor whose driveway he was partially obstructing and ensured that they were okay with it and he would move when needed. Can't beat that!
