Right from the initial consultation, Major HVAC demonstrated their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction. Their team took the time to understand my cooling requirements and provided valuable insights and recommendations. Their knowledge of the latest air conditioning technologies and products helped me make an informed decision that best suited my needs.

When it came to the installation process, Major HVAC's technicians were punctual, courteous, and highly skilled. A big thank you to the entire team at Major HVAC for a job well done!

My experience with Luis Martinez and Major-HVAC could not have been worse. I contracted with Martinez to install a high velocity Unico HVAC system in my house. Instead, he installed a mismatched 4-ton Lennox condenser and a 3.5-ton Spacepak (3642) air handler. Because of the mismatch, the system cycles on and off continuously and the unit cannot cool my house below 78 or 79 degrees, if not even higher on hot days. While the contract calls for a 10-year warranty, Martinez does not return phone calls. Recently, he made two appointments to come look at the issue telling me he wants to make it right and then proceeded to not come to either appointment. So buyer beware if you are looking for an HVAC contractor who stands by their work and their word, I’d advise you to look elsewhere.

We have had the pleasure of collaborating with Major for a considerable period of time, during which they have provided invaluable assistance in HVAC mantenance services and installing AC units on our properties. We are truly impressed with their excellent services and the genuinely kind and trustworthy nature of their team. We extend our sincere appreciation and gratitude for their contributions.
