I needed to get a walkway and retaining wall that was in really bad shape fixed, drainage issues corrected and river jack stone installed instead of mulch in the flower beds. I reached out to JP Service Solutions Inc for a quote. They were very responsive and set up an estimate meeting that same week. The owner, Juan, came out and completed the estimate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He addressed any concerns I had and came up with a solution for all my issues. After receiving the quote, which was extremely reasonable for the scope of work being completed, we decided to go with JP. They were able to come out the following week and complete the work. Juan's team was punctual, professional and diligent. They completed the entire job in two and half days. The finished product is absolutely amazing and we could not be happier. We no longer have drainage issues and can use our walkway without worrying about hurting ourselves. We can't thank Juan and his entire team enough for all the hard work they put in.

We were so pleased with the work Juan and his team did designing and constructing our outdoor space at our new home. Starting with a blank yard and having to work around/with other contractors, including our home builder and pool installation company, Juan created a backyard oasis consisting of a multilevel stone patio and several walkways to and from our yard, flower beds, a raised bed garden, a fence, and many trees. Juan was easy to work with and very responsive and often came to not only supervise but also assist his team during construction. Juan has been hands down the easiest contractor we have ever worked with in over 12 years of home ownership. Juan also recommended another contractor to design and build a covered space over one area of our patio, and we have been very pleased with his recommendation for this. We would highly recommend Juan for any hardscaping or landscaping needs.

Juan, his son, and their team were fantastic! Juan came out right away to understand exactly what I needed and wanted. He gave me a very thorough quote and let me know exactly what to expect. The crew was hard working, did an exceptional job and cleaned up the job site every day when they left. The team was very accommodating to the adjustment I needed before they finished to to ensure I was pleased with the final product. I will use them again on a future project and highly reccomend them.

We couldn't be happier with how our patio turned out! Juan was thorough and knowledgeable in his initial consultation and followed up with his references about other aspects of the job (plumbing, roofing) that needed to be done as well. His crew was prompt and worked tirelessly in the heat to get the job done. Juan was very flexible when we decided to add a wall to our project which was not part of the original plan. We would highly recommend Juan and his team because they were easy to work with and their prices were competitive but reasonable. I hired JP Hardscape Services to replace and enlarge my pool patio because I was impressed with Juan's ( the owner) knowledge and fairness of price compared to other contractors. We set a start date weeks ahead and he and his crew showed up right on time. They completed the job in three days and did excellent work. They also cleaned up the area thoroughly. I would recommend JP Hardscape Services for any hardscape projects and I will be using them again in the future.

For years my husband and I dreamed of having a functional back yard. When we purchased our home- a rotten deck was left here for us to deal with. After years of waiting we decided it was time to have a patio installed. This has been the best experience from start to finish. I don’t have one single complaint!! Nothing! Juan and his team are exceptional. Every worker was kind, professional, smart and very skilled. The team was punctual, cleaned up every day, and kept open communication about what was happening next. Juan Sr. is an absolute gem. He is very attentive and knowledgeable about hardscapes and beyond. He’s such a kind guy who also loved our Siamese kittens like his own! :) Juan Jr. could not have been sweeter.. he is very professional and keeps great communication about the project. We had asked if the project could be completed before a certain date and they exceeded that expectation and made us a priority! I’m almost sad to see the project end because it’s been such a joy working with everybody. Thankfully we also have a fence project that they are going to be doing, too! Hooray! 🎉 I would choose JP Hardscapes again and again for any project. They’re the best in the business. I also must add their price for the project was the most fair out of the other quotes we had received.

Found JP Service Solutions through internet reviews when I was not happy with previous hardscaping estimates for work obtained from other competing companies. Juan Jr and his father Juan Sr are the nicest people to work with. They work within your budget and are truly honest (which is rare to find these days). They arrived on time and according to schedule each day and communications between them and us were constant during the job. Their team was totally professional and when we asked for additional work to be added to the job in the middle of the current job they immediately agreed and did not skip a beat and finished the work as we were originally quoted. They even threw in the first concrete paver sealing treatment for free when it is due in five years. I wholeheartedly approve of this company and I am going to refer them to all of my close friends, family and co-workers in the area. Two thumbs up for JP Service Solutions!!!!!!!

JP is good, he knows what he is doing. Good work, great price. My dad was a landscaper, so I can tell when work is done well, if someone is skimming a lot of the top for a job. Other companies were either not getting back to me, trying to schedule me out months, and about 50% higher in estimate. I needed ~1000 sq ft of sod installed, got a quote on Friday, and the work was done by 2pm on Monday. Will definitely consider him first for other work I have.

We used JP Hardscaping to re level our upper patio as well as power washing all walkways and both patios. They did an excellent job with everything as well as cleanup. Very competitive pricing and professional. I would recommend them highly. Juan was great throughout the entire process.
