I waited a very long time to write this review because I know how important reviews are for small businesses but after waiting months for this job to finished and it hasn’t been I am no longer waiting. We paid Juan over 16k to regrade our yard do fencing and also put in a paver patio. From the start Juan kept pushing the start date of the job back until I threatened to pull our deposit. Then he finally started the job. Upon leaving after final payment he didn’t finish the fencing. Told me the piece wasn’t in yet and he would have it finished in a few weeks. This was months ago. About a week after installing the fence that he did have it started coming off of the posts he admitted to not using the metal posts because he thought the wood would be fine since the metal wasn’t in stock. He kept saying he would come back to fix it and until I threatened to write a negative review he finally showed up and fixed it. The patio walkway he put it already moved and I could lift a paver out of it not even two months after it was installed. They came back and fixed the fence and paver but still have yet to finish the job. Everytime I text him and ask he says next week. Now I have to find another company to finish the job and the job is so small that they are charging me an arm and a leg to fix it. I am beyond disappointed and I have contact them several times and he keeps pushing me off. If you don’t want a headache go with someone else. I went with Juan because my brother recommended him unfortunately our experience was much different.

JP and his team listened to our thoughts, produced a great design for our patio and were quick, careful and considerate with the installation. They dealt with an unforeseen problem without complaint and made very effort to clean the site upon completion. We would definitely recommend them.

I can not speak highly enough about Juan, his work and his company. After months of contractors not responding, not following up, ghosting, and outrageous estimates I finally started over and was lucky enough to find this company. The reviews I read match my experience entirely. They responded and came out immediately, got my very reasonable estimate within 24 hours, were always responsive, professional, answered any questions and kept me updated on the process and any potential changes. They were so easy to work with and so affordable. They were able to start the project quickly and finished with beautiful work in record speed and quality. I could not be happier with my new patio and will continue to use JP Service solutions for all my outdoor needs! Before and after photos below.

Extremely happy with our hardscaping project which entailed replacing our front concrete walkway and porch (with pavers), side garage landing and releveling/replacing back patio pavers. Juan Padilla and his crew arrived promptly at or before 8am every day and finished our job in less than 3 days, part of which entailed deconstructing a 15" thick concrete patio to replace with Bluestone pavers. The team was very professional and Juan himself was onsite on the job for the entirety of the project. Juan also replaced portions of our grass that was disturbed during the project with Sod which did not add to our cost of the project. Highly recommend Juan and his company for hardscaping projects.

I would highly recommend JP Service Solutions. This was our first hardscaping project so we had a lot of questions and Juan answered them all in a timely manner. The job that was estimated to take a week was done in 3 days. His crew showed up promptly at 8AM every day and wrapped up each day leaving the worksite clean and ready to go for the next day. They even replaced a buried and clogged gutter drain that was not part of the original scope. Excellent and reliable company!

We had a great experience working with Juan and his team. We had an old brick patio replaced with bluestone. Juan was very responsive from the very beginning, stopped by multiple times to show us samples and go over our concerns and went above and beyond with fixing cracks in an existing wall and relocating plants for us. They fit our project in so quickly and we are so happy with the finished results. Would recommend them over and over again.

We can't rercommend JP Service Solutions any higher. We had a stamped concrete front porch and walkway that had been installed by the previous owner. After receiving a couple different quotes along with researching reviews and experience with laying a blue stone walkway, we went with JP Service Solutions. The workmanship is beautiful and the finished product is exactly what I wanted and it was at a price that was affordable for the amount of work it entailed. We will be going back to them for more hardscaping at a future date. Professional and diligent project completed in 3 days despite a couple issues with how the previous contractor had incorrectly installed the old stamped concrete walkway and porch. What an absolute pleasure it was to do business with this company, Juan and his team went well above and beyond for my wife and I, not only will all future projects for my home be done with him I will recommend him to everyone I know, we drove him a bit crazy but this man had the patience of a god. Jp Services went above and beyond on my backyard patio! I’m beyond thrilled with the finished product. Quick response to your needs, and questions. Their communication was on point! They really have a great setup start to finish. When running into a problem not of their doing, A previous owner had a wire running from my house to the garage though the concrete that was being removed. Juan eased my stress, and took care of it like a Grizzled Vet! Making the repair quickly. Juan’s attention to detail stands out he guided me though the whole process, making suggestions to make the finished product Perfect! His crew works efficiently, and clean. When’s it’s all done you don’t even know they were there. I will be a returning customer, and would highly suggest Jp Services too my family, and friends in the future. This was a true pleasure to deal with these guys! The work gets done, and done right!

We recently had our front walk/patio and back patio replaced by Juan and his team. From the initial meeting we could tell that Juan was passionate about his craft. His quote was prompt and fair, and he even met in person to discuss the quote. Work started just a few weeks later, and his crew were the nicest and most hard working people I have ever seen. They cared for our property as if it were their own as they take great pride in their work. They cleaned up at the end of each day. On the final day the crew made sure all areas of the property were in better shape then when they got there. We had a change order mid excavation and Juan handled it without issue. Part of the scope was also to bury some downspouts, which they handled as well. We had a lot of questions during the process, but when Juan says "trust me", you really just have to trust his vision because he cares. I would highly recommend Juan and his team.

I am beyond pleased with the work Juan and his team did to create an outdoor space I can use from spring until fall. His team's attention to detail really shows in the finished product. There were some delays with the start date, but Juan responded to all my questions and concerns to assure me the job would be completed as expected. The team even removed most of the leaves on my front lawn, which made one less job for me! I would highly recommend JP Service Solutions.

I first used JP Service Solutions Inc. in the fall of 2021 after seeing work they did for a neighbor. After a brief conversation Juan agreed to come to my house that day to provide a quote. After we agreed on a price, he agreed to fit my project in between two much larger jobs. The quality of the work coupled with his supervision and suggestions on how to improve the project were excellent.

A few weeks ago, my wife and I decided we needed to relevel and sod our backyard and add two bluestone paths, so I contacted Juan again as well as two other contractors in case his calendar was booked. Not only did he provide the best price, but he was willing to make time in his schedule complete my project. They finished just a few hours ago and I could not be happier with the results. The sod, pavers, bluestone, all look great, and the yard is clean.

I can’t recommend the team at JP Hardscape enough! The father/son run company has been a pleasure to work with over the last several months. We initially chose them over several other companies to build a series of retaining walls in our steep backyard and do some regrading, a very large effort. They did a great job of coming up with a backyard design and also worked well on our behalf with an engineering company after our township required additional engineering paperwork.

Unfortunately my family suddenly needed to relocate out of state before we could start the project. Both Juans (father and son) were so kind and understanding about the sudden change in plans, and instead they were able to do some fabulous landscaping to the outside of our home that made it picture perfect and ready to sell, including arranging for one last mow of the lawn before we sold the home. We really are grateful to them for all of their amazing work on the house- and more importantly for their kindness and professionalism throughout the last several months. We highly recommend JP Hardscape for all of your hardscape and landscaping needs, large or small!

Great experience on a large project: teardown and rebuild a long (real) stone retaining wall (added drainage and stone steps), removed bushes, regraded the front lawn, buried downspouts (tunneled under walkway), installed a mailbox. Really showcased the breadth of their skill!

Juan listened well to our needs and provided sound solutions at reasonable cost. Excellent work, great craftsmanship overall.

We talked to a lot of landscapers and masons about rebuilding our leaning/crumbling stone wall with the existing material, JP was one of only a few that were willing to rebuild with the existing (real) stone onsite (and with enthusiasm). Building a real stone wall is difficult already (with the irregular shapes), for this job they also had the added challenge of cleaning off the old mortar before using the stone. They tore down and rebuilt very fast! The resulting wall looks great! Neighbors walking by are constantly complimenting the wall!

Will definitely be giving Juan a call for our next project: redoing the backyard patio!

Juan and the JP service team built an incredible patio in our backyard within a couple of days. Their quote was very reasonable, they used great quality material and brought our vision to life!
