CJ from Ace looked very thoroughly at my broken dishwasher and said it can’t be fixed. But no surprise - it’s 24 years old! And then he gave me advice about what kind of replacement to buy. He did a very quick but thorough job which I appreciate.

Ace fixed my Speed Queen dryer in May. I continued to have issues. Ace came back, continued to problem solve, replaced my defective parts and didn't charge me. I was impressed with their communication, service technician and commitment to Quality. I would use them again!

The absolute worst starting with the incredibly rude telephone skills of the receptionist. This echoes other reviews. Roger and CJ appear to be incompetent in diagnosis and repairs. A complete waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs!

Service was excellent. Thorough and detailed explanation of the problem and suggestion solution was presented in a way that was easy to understand. Always happy with the service from this company! Have used them before and will use them again if needed! Just the sign of the times that it seems a bit high in price to have an evaluation done but don't feel it was out of line compared to other companies providing the service.

Knowledgeable, but charging $275 for a 20 minute diagnostic is not good business. Even if the charges could be partially applied to the cost of repair, that would have been more in line with other companies in this space.

I've been a loyal, very satisfied customer for over 35+ years (in three different homes). All of the technicians that I've worked with have been with Ace for a long time. They treat their customers and employees with great respect, caring and success. I wouldn't use anyone else...neither should you!
