Mark did an exceptional job maintaining the freezer and refrigerator. He did more than expected by cleaning the coils on the back of the refrigerator to help maintain efficiency. He also spent extra time to remove ice buildup on the bottom inside of the freezer and to clear ice and debris over the drain and inside the drain line

Our technician was terrific in every way - courteous, professional and knowledgeable - really knows her stuff! Did different tests to ensure the washing machine was working in every way after she quickly found the clogged filter problem. Showed me how to access that bottom front filter which I didn’t even know exists. Also showed me how to remove the detergent trays for cleaning - they were disgusting and clogged because I didn’t know the entire unit comes up and out.
I hope I get her anytime I need Sears Home Warranty - was a pleasure to have that caliber of technician come - they are few and far between these days - a keeper - take care of this one!

A technician was supposed to show up at my house to look at my dishwasher between 1 and 5 today. They sent me a confirmation email yesterday stating that if I cancel <24 hours, I would get charged. I confirmed the appointment. I took a day off from work. I was waiting and waiting. Around 2:30, I called 1-800 number to see where they were at. They said no technician was available to come out today, and they scheduled me for Sept 13. I complained because I do not have another day that I can take off from work. They transferred me over to a customer compliant department. The woman basically did nothing. My only day off for this year got wasted.

Technician fixed our Weber grill in a flash and provided me with a bunch of helpful pointers to keep it going! Great guy!
