I am very disappointed in the way the office handles customer service. I had made an appointment was given a 4 hour window. I took off work and waited for them to arrive. When I looked at my phone I noticed calls and a message from an unknown number. When I listened to the message it was good’s. I called back and was told because I didn’t answer my phone they were not coming. The office had given me a window of time to wait, never told me that I had to pick up a phone to receive service and when I called during my appointment window I was basically told off and that they would reschedule me. No aplology or trying to make it work. This is not the first time I have received this type of treatment but gave them another chance. I actually help in a service office that does the same type of customer calls and I can assure you this is not the way I would or anyone in our office handle it. I will now switch companies and no longer recommend or use them even as a long time neighbor/customer.

I had about ten vendors come out to provide estimates for an air conditioning split installation and they were by far the most cost effective option. I was skeptical at first but they were honest and did a great job. Highly recommend this local business.

The usual prompt, knowledgeable, courteous service we've come to expect from Good AC & Heating. The folks in the office are patient and courteous, and all the techs we've had have been great.

The technicians were very nice but whoever schedules appointments and acts as their receptionist was horribly rude. She charged my husband twice and when we called to rectify the issue she argued with us and was absolutely awful. I would never recommend this business.

Jim is a wonderful HVAC technician for Good AC. He is always friendly and courteous. Jim is also very knowledge and consistently provides easy to understand information. He is a trusted employee and an asset to the company.

The office was also excellent with getting us scheduled.

The technician was very knowledgeable and understanding of my system and troubles with the system. Fixed everything and laid out drop cloths which was a big deal to me. Lots of work to transfer from oil heat to gas and they have really stuck by and did a wonderful job.

Had Good HVAC come out and assess a 6 head mini split system we inherited in a recent home purchase. Prompt, courteous, friendly, efficient and fairly priced. And gave us an honest assessment of the condition of the system and what needed to be done. Previous owners badly neglected the system, and after the assessment and recommendation of tech Jim, techs Cody and Chaz did a thorough cleaning and check of the entire system. Definitely recommend Good HVAC and will not hesitate to call them for future services.

Good Air Conditioning & Heating has an amazing professional crew, they showed up on time we're diligent and diagnosed and fixed a difficult boiler situation. They utilize texting to keep you informed and you can actually track when the tech will be at your home, they even text you a time frame when the work will be done. Everyone from the HVAC tech team on down to the office staff are great and I would highly recommend using Good Air as they are not Good they are great.

Technician was on time and efficient. Resolved the issue and observed other deficiencies and made recommendation to correct.

Joe was a pro. My situation was very particular and required some creativity. Joe figured it out and got it installed when ALL the other HVAC techs, from other Companies (4) said it couldn't be done. And he made it easier to repair next time, should it be needed.
