Great, professional experience.

I've had a lot of work done at my houses over the years and ECI Comfort is at the top for professionalism. Jeremy Jim and Alex did a fantastic job installing two in-ceiling splits. Great communication and professional work done. They really care about their work and making the customer happy. 10/10 will use again.

We just switched to ECI & scheduled our first annual maintence for our heater. ECI was communicative pre & post appointment. Our tech Jason was very knowledgeable, helpful & polite. He respected our home & was kind in explaining all the things that were done & what we should look into.

Thank you ECI Comfort for the best service ever! Jason and Niko spent an entire day at our house installing our new heater. Our heater broke during the cold snap right around Christmas. ECI was right on the problem, even with the holidays and insurance claim issues. Thanks to them we are enjoying a warm house! Best service ever.

I recently had a great experience with ECI, they installed a new Trane heat pump system at my home. Evan has been great to work with throughout the purchasing process and has answered all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. Matt, Jeremy, and Alex did a great job with the installation. As they installed the new system, they addressed all my questions and concerns in a very respectful manner. They also took extra care to protect the floors and all other property during the installation. I would highly recommend this company for this type of work.

Today we had ECI come out and service our heater. Hugh our technician Was very friendly, very knowledgeable took his time checked for any problems and did a wonderful job tuning up and cleaning our heater. I would recommend this company to anyone.

It was a pleasure to work with the team from ECI. The process was seamless from sales, to scheduling and then installation. James, Nick and Nathan were extremely professional during the installation process - they educated me on the new systems (Mitsubishi mini-split and Daikin heatpump) and the remote connections, and assured me that they will be available to assist should any issues arise. AMAZING service! Such a quick process from the very first phone call thru the final moment of installation! Jeremy, Dan & Alex were so helpful and professional and efficient! We are thrilled with the huge upgrade on our 30+ year old system. We knew we wanted a slimmer and quieter system but wasn’t exactly sure of the best option for our home. Our new system is more efficient, much quieter and much more efficient! The ECI team was hugely helpful with the best suggestions and information that best fit our needs. We recommend ECI to anyone who will listen!

This morning Friday October 31st we had a new heater installed by Mike and Majesty and these guys were awesome. Arrived at 8am and got right at it. They took great care in making sure traps were down and covering our flooring. They were very polite and explained everything to us. ECI should be very proud to have Mike and Majesty on their team. Looking forward to having them return in a couple of weeks to do some additional work for us. Thanks again.!!!

Jeremy and Alex did a fantastic job installing our new mini split heat pump. They were careful about using tarps around the house and cleaned up the dust and debris in the room where the unit was installed. Jeremy made sure I knew how to use the remote and install the app on my phone so I had both options for controlling the system. Everyone at ECI, from Evan who did the estimate, to scheduling, to the guys who did the install, was professional, thorough, and great to work with.

My sales guy Matt took over for a previous employee and made sure we got a speedy installation which was great ! I will say the installation guys Nick and Roger were amazing very polite , quiet , clean and professional I would recommend them to do work on anyone’s house . I’m extremely happy with my install . ECI was a joy to work with. They installed my ductless unit systems in 5 bedrooms in 4 days, very efficient. They were very communicative and responsive, and did a wonderful job on the install. Mike and Alex did a great job. The work is very clean, and they hid the lines very well. They even accommodated my silly request of routing the condensation lines to my rain garden. They also came up with a step wise plan for me so I can add in more rooms later when we have more cash on hand. Really pleased so far!

Everyone that we dealt with, starting with Matt, and our technicians, James, Nick, Jim and Nathan, we’re all courteous and efficient. They kept us informed on the progress of the job, even as we thought we were going to have to do more extensive work, which turned out not to be required. It’s never a pleasant experience to be without heat in the winter, but the folks at ECI made it tolerable, and provided us with space heaters until our system was back up and running. Good price, great service.

Had problems with my blower motor and control board on the furnace. Air conditioner not working properly after 17 years. After exploring my options, decided to do a full HVAC replacement and went with the Daiken Fit. Steve in the office was extremely informative. His knowledge and experience from working in the field for years really helped me pick what was best for me and my home. Once i decided, ECI was out the following day with removal of my old system and new one installed in the same day! Technicians did a great job. From the office to the technicians in the field, couldn’t be more professional. Highly recommend.

Mike and Dan installed an Ascent Energy Kinetics Combi Boiler for me today. The install was very neat and professional. The area was swept and cleaned before they left. I would definitely use ECI comfort again.

Ryan and Mike were here on time, worked hard all day, and had the new furnace hooked up before they left so that I could have heat overnight. Fantastic service and communication throughout.

I highly recommend ECI for your next HVAC purchase. The sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and explained our options in a detailed and easy-to-understand way. Our technicians (Mike, Ryan, Jason, and Nick) were all very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. They were also very clean and respectful of our home.
