Called JDV because we were having unexplained electrical issues in our house. They were able to send someone out next day. I was very pleased with the scheduling and how promptly JDV arrived, as I am used to contractors ghosting me on important jobs. Gerry did a great job finding and explaining the issue as well as keeping us informed of pricing throughout the experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided very detailed explanations of everything! Very happy with the service we got.

To put my review succinctly, I simply would not consider using any other electricians other than those at JDV Electric, and Anthony is the cream of the crop.
Update: John G. From JVD Electric came to do the actual work several weeks after Anthony had done the assessment. He did an outstanding job. He made certain everything was to my satisfaction before he considered the job complete. I had no doubt it would be, and it was.

As always pleasant, with a confident attitude for completion of the job. Always explains the issues and always cleans up afterward. I needed my chandelier up. It was difficult but no problem.

These guys rewired old knob and Tube electrical all throughout our 1900 home as well as hanging new fixtures, moving a few outlets and adding switches. They also replaced our entire breaker panel that was getting water in it. We had John, Brendan, Anthony, Vince, and George. All were timely, professional and communicative. Anthony talked us through financing options and what the job would entail. They were done in a shorter period than the days allotted. They tailored the work to what we wanted and could afford. Highly recommend!

John, Vince and George, the technicians assigned to my job, were great. It was a three day project rewiring half my house. They arrived on time, were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up at the end of every day and left no debris. John explained everything they were doing as the project progressed and answered all my questions. Prompt and very good service - accommodating replacement of dark brown light switches and the upgrade of the driveway floodlight fixture.

This was the third or fourth electrical project we had done by JDV Electrical. This time, John and Johnny did the work. We had the knob and tubing removed from our 100 year old house. Our living room has always been very dark, so we had lights put in with a dimmer switch. They always showed up when scheduled, worked a full day, and vacuumed prior to leaving each day. My husband and I are very pleased with the work they performed, and we would highly recommend them.

Anthony and team were very respectful and explained the process thoroughly. Beginning with bootys on at the door to final cleanup. Highly recommend!

Gerry and Cam were the best - cannot give them a high enough rating. Tried to accommodate my EV charger installation to work with the cord length that came with my car and with my detached garage not having power. - and absolutely crushed it.
