The whole team at Kowalski did a great job at my house. I left a message on a Sunday and got a response early Monday from Amy in the office. I had both plumbing and hvac work that needed done. Both Jason and Jaison were at my house in a day, assessed the issues, and got all the work done well and has been nothing but great work all the way across the board. Would recommend to friends and family.

Excellent experience. First time home buyer here and naturally nervous about all things. We really needed a new hot water tank. Right from the beginning, Kowalski heating was super helpful. They came out for a free estimate and gave me detailed tips. Jeremy, the technician who fixed our hot water tank was awesome. He was very detailed and communicative. Our hot water tank was from 1988 and a lot of updates had to be made. He was super knowledgeable and also cleaned everything up before he left. I highly recommend Kowalski for any plumbing/HVAC needs.

I discovered performance issues with my furnace this winter and ultimately had the gas valve replaced in the furnace by an outside company. I recently had my hot water heater go out and figured I was dealing with a bigger gas supply issue. I contacted Kowalski's and got a response from Amy within the hour and a technician out in a few hours (they were able to send someone sooner but I had my own time constraints and they were incredibly accommodating)! Andy was the most patient and understanding technician I have worked with, easing the mind of a newer home owner. He did not mind at all when I basically stated I needed peace of mind before I went to the gas company, if needed. After all was said and done, there was no issue with the gas supply but he completed a full furnace tune up and cleaning at an incredibly reasonable price. Happy to be a new customer of Kowalski's and more than pleased with my experience!

Above and beyond customer service! We had a furnace and AC installed in January. The entire process was quick and efficient, even though install was the coldest day of the year. The guys who installed were wonderful. The first warm day, we turned on the AC and the condenser did not kick on. After leaving a vm Saturday afternoon, I expected to get a call back on Monday. Instead, minutes later, Amy contacted me and a couple hours later, Zach showed up. It took him minutes to figure out it was breaker. We felt pretty foolish to not know the AC was on its own breaker but Zach was gracious and patiently answered a few other questions. Thank you Amy & Zach! You have a loyal customer for life!
