From start to finish this was a great experience. They walked me through each step and quote and were super flexible in scheduling due to some unforeseen power outages. Would definitely recommend for an AC or Furnace replacement and service.

I had an emergency on the weekend and they were able to come out and help when I was in a bad spot. Their work was excellent and professional and I would highly recommend their company.

The whole team at Kowalski did a great job at my house. I left a message on a Sunday and got a response early Monday from Amy in the office. I had both plumbing and hvac work that needed done. Both Jason and Jaison were at my house in a day, assessed the issues, and got all the work done well and has been nothing but great work all the way across the board. Would recommend to friends and family.

Excellent experience. First time home buyer here and naturally nervous about all things. We really needed a new hot water tank. Right from the beginning, Kowalski heating was super helpful. They came out for a free estimate and gave me detailed tips. Jeremy, the technician who fixed our hot water tank was awesome. He was very detailed and communicative. Our hot water tank was from 1988 and a lot of updates had to be made. He was super knowledgeable and also cleaned everything up before he left. I highly recommend Kowalski for any plumbing/HVAC needs.

Because the initial request for service was followed up by a request for specific information about our problem the Plumber was able to immediately address our concerns. I discovered performance issues with my furnace this winter and ultimately had the gas valve replaced in the furnace by an outside company. I recently had my hot water heater go out and figured I was dealing with a bigger gas supply issue. I contacted Kowalski's and got a response from Amy within the hour and a technician out in a few hours (they were able to send someone sooner but I had my own time constraints and they were incredibly accommodating)! Andy was the most patient and understanding technician I have worked with, easing the mind of a newer home owner. He did not mind at all when I basically stated I needed peace of mind before I went to the gas company, if needed. After all was said and done, there was no issue with the gas supply but he completed a full furnace tune up and cleaning at an incredibly reasonable price. Happy to be a new customer of Kowalski's and more than pleased with my experience!

Above and beyond customer service! We had a furnace and AC installed in January. The entire process was quick and efficient, even though install was the coldest day of the year. The guys who installed were wonderful.

The first warm day, we turned on the AC and the condenser did not kick on. After leaving a vm Saturday afternoon, I expected to get a call back on Monday. Instead, minutes later, Amy contacted me and a couple hours later, Zach showed up. It took him minutes to figure out it was breaker. We felt pretty foolish to not know the AC was on its own breaker but Zach was gracious and patiently answered a few other questions. Thank you Amy & Zach! You have a loyal customer for life!

I highly Kowalski Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. They installed our a/c unit and duct work a few years ago. Their entire staff is awesome. Andrew has been to our home a few times for maintenance and some issues and is always very polite and knowledgeable. Their office staff is always helpful and makes every attempt to ger sny issues addressed asap! Great company!

8/2/2025 update:
After having several issues with our unit, Kowalski decided to replace the unit. It is now working better than it ever has been. Our bedroom always seemed to stay hot with the old unit, and it’s finally at a nice temp like the rest of the house. I really appreciate everything this company has done to make it right, and without us even asking.

From start to finish, Kowalski's installation team did a great job replacing my furnace and air conditioner. Jason Kowalski was very responsive to email questions as I was making decisions, and the installation team led by Zack were professional, careful, and efficient. Great work! I highly recommend this business!

Kowalski HCP was awesome to work with. We got two new A/C units and the entire process great. Zach and Jeremy were particularly great during installation. They were quick, thorough, and couldn’t have been nicer. You can tell this company has a great culture.

I had a great experience with Kowalski. They had to come out on an emergency call and it turned out all I really needed was a little bit of maintenance done on the furnace. So the technician Andy, who was wonderful, took care of that and got me up and running and didn’t try to rake me over the coals in any way. I really appreciate that in a business. I would have no way of knowing whether my “flux capacitor” really needed replaced or not, and they were fair and honest. Highly recommend.

The Kowalski team did a spectacular job on my dual zone AC system. I am renovating a 100 year-old house that has never had air-conditioning before and they were able to design a system that resembled one that I had in my last home that was only 25-year-old. From an overall build perspective, I can tell you that they are more than capable of designing, constructing and commissioning the most sophisticated systems. I highly recommend the Kowalski team.

In December 2025 our 20 year old furnace needed to be replaced. Kowalski provided a quick quote and helped us keep the old one running until they could install the new one. This was all done while we were away from our home out of town. We gave them our garage code and they did the installation in a very professionally and communicated with us via text messages frequently during the process. We have always been very impressed with the workmanship, responsiveness and integrity of the entire Kowalski team and highly recommend them.

Appointment was easy to schedule, technical arrived on time and corrected the furnace issues very quickly. Kowalski service has always been excellent and response time is timely.
