I am glad that I use this company to take care of the maintenance of the air conditioner and heating units we purchased from them years ago. They are still running and when they do have issues, they make every effort to ensure we are satisfied. For this maintenance visit , because we are on their monthly plan, nothing was charged for this visit. And they installed the filter that I purchased. Highly recommend!

Scott is professional and a nice guy. Answer all my questions. Knowledgeable of his profession. Wade heating and cooling installed our furnace and aircondition 32 years ago. They do maintenance work twice a year for both air conditioner and furnace. Our furnace still working and they just replaced my air conditioner last June. Customer service are great also when you call they are all pleasant and very helpful. They are trustworthy and accommodating.That is why I stay with this company for 32 years.

Trent the technician who repaired the HVAC system had excellent diagnostic skills. Very competent and provided a professional and friendly service. Excellent service !!!

HVAC install. Scott Drost & Luke were very courteous, efficient & knowledgeable. Scott made certain I understood how the furnace & Air Conditioner function before he left and cleaned up any debris. I’m very pleased with the service!

I get excellent service every single time I deal with Wade Hearing and Cooling! From furnace installation to regular maintenance they are always quick and efficient. Their response in emergency situations where our heat or AC goes down in the dead of winter or during a heat wave is truly impressive. We have never had to wait more than a few hours for a service tech to arrive. Their techs are friendly and helpful. I couldn't be happier with them.

Had an awesome experience with wade heating and cooling. From the technician Lonnie that came out to give us a quote to the installers Josh and Nick they were all very professional and knowledgeable. Turnaround time was also great, called Sunday for a quote, Lonnie came out on Monday, and installers were here Thursday and done same day.

Lonnie walked through in detail what to expect from the installation team, broke down the pricing well, and also took into account any other concerns we had. It was clear he communicated with the installation team as when they came, Josh and nick were not surprised by anything, and were fully prepared.

Josh and nick answered any questions we had, was super respectful of the property and wore shoe coverings when bleeding the radiators, cleaned up everything from the installation area. They bled all the radiators in the house multiple times to check and double check that there wasn’t any air. They zip tied any extra hose or cable bits to ensure nothing was hanging loose around the furnace.

Overall a great experience, was clear Josh and nick were very experienced.

The technician Brian Flores was very thorough in his work, and very friendly and personable. He answered questions and explained things clearly. I was very satisfied with his work, and I would request him in the future.

Wade heating arrived within 12 hours, which I think is amazing considering the weather. Julian did an excellent job.
Now I have heat again.

Austin was very easy to work with. He provided appropriate service and good information about what I can do to help maintain my system. He went the extra to answer my questions and recommend product upgrades. I would highly recommend this technician

My furnace was acting up as well as the thermostat. Austin came out and quickly assess the situation. He was able to make some changes and got everything up and running. He was polite and very knowledgeable.

Nick Jessloski is an absolute professional and extremely skilled with HVAC. He has somehow managed to limp along our POS OG Maronda furnace well beyond life expectancy like a skilled mechanic on an '84 Yugo. He has solidified our loyalty to Wade Heating and Cooling, and when it comes time to put 'ol Bess out to pasture, we will definitely trust them with the new unit purchase and install.

Dan was very professional, thorough, and explained the process and equipment options well. He listened to what we needed and never pushed us to get something that was not necessary. I highly recommend him and Wade Heating and Cooling.

My heat pump was freezing over and I called to make an appointment for service. Austin came out the same day and diagnosed the problem quickly. Within one hour it was fixed and I had heat again. He was very knowledgeable and had patience in explaining the issue to me. Thank you Austin

Austin was very knowledgeable and meticulous in his troubleshooting of my error and fault codes. He also took the time to explain what he did with the settings in an attempt to remedy the situation. I would recommend Austin & Wade anytime to handle my HVAC needs

Made an online appointment for service between 8 and 12 pm. By 330, the tech never showed up. Called their office to move the appointment to a different day. Was told it was moved. The tech then showed up at 4 pm, diagnosed the problem and told us that he would get back to us with pricing. Have called the office 4 times over 2 days asking for that price. We have not received a return call. It seems that the communication between the call center and the actual office is lacking. We have used this company for over 20 years but will be forced to to find another. The owner of the company actually sat in my dining room and explained all of our options when we purchased a furnace from them 15-20 years ago. Times have changed ……….

Boiler was not working and was told they could come for Service call Nov 19th.
Later that day received a call saying they would come today
Nick was very presentable,pleasant and knowledgeable.
He could have ripped me off with his first judgment of what was wrong but he checked other things and managed to save me some money I have used Wade several times and very happy

Today we had a different service tech than usual. Austin did a great job as well on our Water Furnace. He was courteous of our home and thoughtful and knowledgeable about our system. We would highly recommend Wade Hearing and Cooling.

Austin was great to work with and very professional. Showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the issue very quickly, and fixed our furnace right there on the spot. This is the second time Austin has been to our house for maintenance and hoping we get him for any future repairs we may need.

Austin showed up, explained everything, and resolved the issues in under an hour. I appreciate his insight on preventions for the future and his ability to help me understand how my boiler operates. I will continue to use this company for years!!!
