Jake from OKOT Electric did a superb job of resolving the power issues I was experiencing. Prompt, professional, and extremely considerate in prioritizing what was a potentially dangerous situation. I am deeply grateful for his help & would highly recommend OKOT.

I enjoyed working with them and they were very flexible.The whole process was seamless. Somebody came to give a quote for the work, and they were very accommodating of my schedule changes. The work itself was also done really well and And in a way that would save me money in the long run

Jake and David showed up exactly as scheduled and completed the installation within the time frame originally stated. Jacob and his partner were very quick and professional during our inspection. Also very detailed and Informative. Would highly recommend them. Also the office is friendly as well. Great communication as they are on there way to the sight.

After having a bad experience trying to book with another electrician, booking with OKOT was a breeze! Everyone I talked to was very nice and my service was scheduled quickly. The technician, Jake, was awesome - he figured out the issue and finished the job in less than 2 hours, and even cleaned up after himself. Will definitely call OKOT again the next time I need an electrician!

Okot Electric did a fantastic job for me, they responded in a timely manner.. I own a small contracting business, David’s Improvements, I specialize in kitchens and bathrooms, one of my customers needed a new service installed. This company did a five star job. they answer their phone, or they get back to you ASAP, they are polite. They are courteous, they text you the email you, etc. when they are coming and when they are finished, one of the great things I like, is they did not ask for a deposit, or did they ask for any monies until they were completely finished. For a company that can complete a job in the amount of time that it takes them, This is a fantastic asset.. their technicians are very professional, and I enjoyed both of them and trusted both of them on my job site. If you look at my reviews, you’ll see I go above and beyond for my customers and I believe this company meets my standards. I definitely will start using this company full-time. I don’t do a lot of electrical services but I will refer them to my customers and or if I need work completed. Once again, I give this company a five star review and recommend them highly.

Jake at Okot Electric came out and did a great job. I needed new fixtures, outlets and a general inspection. He was courteous, and very clean. I intend to use Okot in the very near future.

Jake did a great job relocating an electrical outlet. He was very considerate using protective shoe covers upon entry to our home. Very courteous and knowledgeable pointing out issues that May need further consideration of service.

Below is the review that I left 8 months ago on Google.
Since then Okot has returned to hang lighting fixtures and replace a few more smart switches. Not only are they are excellent at what they do, they are pleasant, patient, customer focused, attentive to small details including knowing that lighting fixtures of a certain weight require different boxes to support them. They modified several vintage lighting fixtures to fit height requirements. I only trust them to do the electrical in my home.

My home is now smarter than I am! Lol… I will forgo taking photos of my smart switches and all new receptacles… but I will share a few photographs of the fixtures that they did an outstanding job on.

You will not be disappointed because they serve customers as servants of Jesus Christ.

I would like to share my gratitude and praise for an outstanding job completed by Philips OKOT and his team. They were precise, patient, thorough, and committed to doing things right, correcting numerous mistakes and oversights by 3 previous contractors. Philips made suggestions on the right and best way to do things in my 120 year old home. I felt confident about everything they did to make it a safe dwelling. He ran dedicated circuits where necessary and addressed upgrades to meet current code requirements. I loved that they were experienced in smart switches as well. I didn’t have to explain what needed to be done.
There were many obstacles and hurdles that they had to overcome to achieve a fully inspected dwelling. Not to mention that they had to do this AFTER walls were finished instead of prior to drywall finishing. But, they did it with a very pleasant and positive attitude even when the schedule had to be extended. They were punctual and always informed me of any changes to the schedule and worked around my schedule as well. They were one of the few contractors that was not put off by questions and suggestions that I have had the opportunity to work with.
I would like to call out Okot’s use of technology to make things easier and for efficient for the ir team and for the customer. Their automated systems really worked well and streamlined our communications.
I whole heartedly give my recommendation to use OKOT for any electrical needs you have.
I look forward to our next engagement to retire the unfinished basement.

Cody kept me informed of his arrival ahead of time and was amazing. He identified the problem with my outdoor Christmas lights in about 5 seconds, then he rewired my recently installed ceiling fan so that I can turn the light in the fan on by using my wall switch, instead of solely depending on the remote. And all he charged me was the standard service fee. In addition, Cody was very professional and I felt very comfortable having him in my home.

Thank you Okot Electric LLC . We would recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical work. They did a professional job from start to finish. Once we met Phillips we knew we were going with this company. He told us that he would be sending out two electricians to handle the job. Thank you Jake and David!!! We’ve hired them twice. Once to install two ring cameras outside our home. And second, on a new construction project. They are doing the electrical for the whole house. I can’t recommend Okot Electric enough, just call.

Just had a bathroom exhaust fan replaced by Jake Guntrum. Did a wonderful job considering it wasn't the easiest. The old one was very small and noisy. Jake had to redo almost everything to fit our opening and ventilation but did it in record time. Left work area clean and ready to set our fixtures back in place.would gladly use again.

Jake is/was awesome. It was a long very long process , over 3 hours. He took care of an electrical issue in my home. Jake was patient, kind & waited & made sure job was done & done well & also made sure i was informed on issues every step of the way.

I needed a backup generator for my home and called Okot electric for an estimate. I had used them in the past and knew i could trust their quote. All of the employees at Okot are very knowledgeable and professional. The lead installer Jake Guntrum with help from Cody and Dave installed my generator in 2 days and it looks great. They braved bitter cold temperatures and worked hard to complete the job on time. Highly recommend Jake and the rest of the Okot Electric team.

Jacob did a great job installing sconces and wall outlets in my bedroom. He was very clean and efficient. He answered all my questions and made sure to talk me through any problems he ran into. He was also very polite and easy to talk to , I felt very comfortable having him in my home.

Needed a service replacement, fuse panel consolidation/upgrade to breakers. Worked with Debbie and Cory to get the estimate and logistics figured out. Okot's estimate was right in the middle of three other electricians.

Jake G, Jake G, and David S performed the installation in the brutal weather we've been having here. I had no issues with the guys or any of the work that they did. Everything appears to have been done professionally, looks relatively clean given the space, and they did everything I asked.

The Okot team completed what was supposed to be a 1.5-2 day job down to 6-7 hours and I'm happy with the end product.
