Very pleased with our experience with Pelles.
My house was getting an exorbitant amount of dust on appliances in the kitchen, surfaces and even the walls. I would change the furnace filters frequently, removed and cleaned out the vents (& returns) 2x per year, and have had the ductwork cleaned professionally multiple times in the last 6+ years. Mike came to the house, explained about negative pressure (which I verified online and with other HVAC businesses), and suggested a thicker, 4" filter. He also told us that our 25 year old furnaces were on their last legs.
He gave me a reasonable price on two very nice furnaces to replace the ones I have, and detailed the work he suggested. After agreeing on the estimate, he came the following week, with two other gentlemen, worked in the attic, sealed all of the vents, and installed the new furnaces; all in 2 days. The house was only without heat for a couple hours in the afternoon.
Mike was very thorough, polite, and up front about everything. I had a small concern when I reviewed the furnaces in the evening, after they were finished. I called the next morning and Austin (one of the two that accompanied Mike) came within a few hours to address my concern.
The air in my house seems fresh now. I don't have any pull-back when I close the door to my garage. I have a feeling these new furnaces will last for 25 years into the future. If I ever have an issue, they will be the first business I call.

They advertise that they have a good stock of parts on the truck. That was not the case. Tech said he would clean the outside unit to get it cooling again for us to be comfortable for the evening until he could get back out with the parts he needed. He didn’t clean it and left. Tried calling after hours to see if we could get some help and no one returned our calls until 9 am the next morning. When they finally called they said the tech couldn’t come back out because of the weather and they couldn’t come back out for 4 days. Wasn’t even raining and didn’t until 6 hrs later. Service call was supposed to be $100 but they charged us $200 because we have 2 units but they only worked on 1. If you can even call it work because nothing got done. If I could give 0 stars I would.

So glad we get our 2x/year checkup...needed a new furnace....Austin, Aiden, and Peter did a great job with the install.

Been using their annual maintenance service. When it’s time for maintenance, they call me schedule a time to inspect and service the HVAC system . I am not worried about my HVAC system as it’s maintained by Pelles Heating & cooling .
All of the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable.

This was actually an easy call for this Pelles Rep. he was polite, covered his feet when walking into the home and went straight to the Hot water tank and went to work. He quickly found the problem I was having And corrected it. He cleaned up, Transacted the paymentand went on his way. The only fee that I was charged was the service call.

I can’t speak highly enough about Pelles. We needed help immediately for an unforeseen issue with our blower and they were so attentive and prompt . Their work is without a question excellent and the price is very reasonable . I recommend Pelles without reservation .

Ryan was fantastic to work with. Very good at explaining things. The problem is fixed. There were some minor miscommunication issues at first with payment but we sorted everything out and it was all good to go.

Nice to be able to schedule through the website on an available timeslot. Got a follow-up and confirmation by phone shortly after. Service was great. Ryan explained all the work they were going to do and gave a great overview of everything afterwards. Highly recommended.

The best!!! Our air conditioner finally gave out last summer. We called the office and Mike came out to see what we had and give us a quote. He was so informative and helpful and gave us the best and most affordable options for us and they have different payment options. On installation day Peter came right on time and was so nice and got right to work. The job was done in no time at all and all the issues were fixed! We have air again 🤩 they’re a fantastic family owned company and we will continue to use them for any of our future needs!

Had a complete system replacement. Heating and A/C. Technicians Peter and Austin were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Good job all around.

First time using Pelles and the service was excellent! They were quick to respond to my call and had my air conditioner fixed in 10 minutes. Mike, the technician was very nice, knowledgeable, and simply the best!

Cody was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. Very personable.

Mike was very courteous from beginning to end. When he got to the house he first apologized for the lousy cell service we had on our phone conversation prior to his arrival. He took his boots off upon entering the house and said hello to my two barking dogs. Explained everything that he could do and the time frame we would be looking at. He worked out his estimate within a few minutes at the end of the inspection and gave me two different options including two different payment options for each. Oh and he was also able to be here within 24 hours of my initial phone call!

So fast forward one week, Austin and Peter came to the house today to install my new heating air conditioning system. Arriving promptly at 8:00 as promised, they introduced themselves and greeted my enthusiastic dogs with a pet, and we're ready to get started. They told me that they're expected time frame was likely to be the better part of the day (they were finished and cleaned up at about 3:00, again as expected). They worked efficiently coming/going mostly through the door that exited through the basement. When the job was complete Austin came up and walked me through setting the thermostat, asking if I had any questions then taking me down to the furnace and out to the air conditioner briefly making sure I didn't have any further questions. Everything was cleaned up inside and outside then Peter did a walk through to make sure that nothing was left behind. Pelles customer service was above and beyond! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ryan determined the problem with the damper and corrected it when the replacement arrived. Nice job; he was friendly and professional.

Peter, Austin, and Hayden did a great job installing our new system. They were very friendly, communicated everything being done, and left the area spotless.
