Water Damage Restoration reviews in McDonald, Pennsylvania

I had an ice dam which caused major water damage this winter to 2 bedrooms in my home. I contacted Servpro and someone was out to my home within 48 hours to help. They provided mitigation immediately and then returned to complete the entire rebuild including the walls, ceiling, carpet, and flooring. They did an outstanding and professional job and kept me updated every step of the way. I couldn’t be more happy and satisfied with the excellent service I received. I had servoro come and work on a restoration on my home in Beaver County, the workers that came and worked on the rebuild were professional and skilled at the work they were doing.

I had a drain pipe freeze back in February, and called ServePro...they were at my house later that day to check out the damage and back the following day to start demolition, after the insurance dragged feet, they finally came back and put my house back together again. Jeff and his team worked well around my schedule and Rob did the finishing touches that really sealed the deal on my pleasure about hiring this company. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with the work ServPro did in cleaning and restoring our house. We had major water damage in 6 rooms due to a vanity water supply line failure. ServPro did the cleanup and all the restoration / repair work to put our house back together. All of their workers were knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Jeff and Brent did an incredible job converting an unused room in our home into a luxury bathroom and walk-in closet. The attention to detail throughout the entire project was outstanding, and you can tell they really care about the quality of their work. Communication was great, the craftsmanship was excellent, and the finished space completely transformed that part of our house. Highly recommend them if you want a contractor who takes pride in doing things the right way.

After noticing water spots on my ceiling, they came out to inspect my roof and the interior damage. They fixed the roof then were able to identify around 10 different spots where the water had left some interior damage. The team was able to repair each spot and I was very impressed with how clean they left it

We would 100% recommend. After a major water “Disaster” Servepro arrived within two hours. They were professional, hard-working, and efficient in everything that they did. We do not have one complaint.

When we found out our pipes had frozen while we were away, there was already a great deal of water damage. It was a Sunday morning and figured we would get an answering service or voicemail, but Andrew answered and immediately started making a plan. Within an hour he gathered equipment and was at the house pumping out water. Jeff and Andrew knew exactly what needed to be done and helped us navigate a very scary situation. Highly recommend this business.

Chad and Nick were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions regarding the water damage in our home. The day of the consultation, they immediately took action, starting the necessary measures to get things dry. We will definitely use SERVPRO again.

They came out and helped with our incorrectly installed washing machine that poured water throughout 3 stories of our house. They were out the next day and had things drying right away. Neil, Chad, and Jeff have been great! Thank you for keeping me sane in a very uncontrollable situation.

Update: It's been 5 months since this incident happened and although ServPro was excellent at coming out and drying everything right away, they have not been good on the repairs side. They never sent anyone out to give us a quote on repairs as they said they would. I've called and texted Jeff and Neil many times and have been told yes we'll send someone out and no one has come out. Because no one from ServPro had been out to quote repairs, I was unable to get the insurance company a quote in a timely manner. I don't even need the repairs done right away, I just need a quote to submit and I can't get ServPro to come out. I've now had to seek out other companies to come quote the repairs. Luckily Eric with Disaster Restoration was very quick to come out, give a repair quote, and get the ball rolling with the insurance company. ServPro should not tell customers that they will do repairs. Very frustrating.

Update Again: Their response to my review saying that they wish they could have been of more help is funny because had they responded to my texts and phone calls and come out to quote the repairs so I could get the insurance company the info they needed, as they said they would, then they wouldn't be responding to my 2 star review.

I have been working with ServPro of North Washington County, as well as ServPro Beaver County, for 2 years now. They are run by Jeff, who is highly invested in all of his clients and jobs. I can’t recommend their work more highly.

Jeff and his team are responsive, professional, are truly care about clients and their work product.

They have repaired 2 leaks we have had, including drywall and repainting a room and bathroom. They have gone above and beyond by returning to make sure drywall and paint jobs are perfect, re-hanging mirrors, and providing advice. My repairs are small in comparison to much of the work they do, but they have made me feel like the most important client.

My house flooded from my dishwasher and they came out immediately and helped me out. The reason I gave a three stars rating is because of the communication to get a contract signed. Someone was supposed to reach out to me and haven’t. I have no idea what’s going on. I had to go a different route to get my house rebuilt unfortunately. If communication was better definitely a 5. It seemed from the beginning they didn’t wanna rebuild my house.
