Our son’s home was damaged extensively from a second floor flooded bathroom. My husband and I had a front row seat to the work done by ServPro, and Andrew in particular. We would go over to let ServPro come inside their home when our son and his wife could not be there. The employees were professional and did quality work. It is a long
process to have restoration work done when it involves one bathroom and the kitchen, plus the back and forth with the insurance company, but ServPro was able to minimize the inconvenience.

This is the first time I've used SERVPRO and am continuing to use them. We had an emergency and Andrew, Chad, and the entire team came to the rescue to start repairs, the same day! That's the Wow experience you can't find these days! Thank you!

Greg, Andrew, and the team from SERVPRO N. Washington Country were absolutely fantastic to work with. We had a pipe burst the day before we moved into our first home, leaving our den completely flooded. Our anxiety subsided after just one phone call where the team scheduled an immediate appointment for us, walked us through the game plan, and assured us that they would be there to support us every step of the way.

Through mitigation, multiple visits, numerous phone calls (did I mention that we're first time home-buyers!?), and even an in-person meeting with our insurance adjustor, the team from SERVPRO N. Washington remained friendly, professional, and exceptionally accommodating. I would highly recommend their services and their equally impressive network of contractors.

A great company and group of people to work with. Literally hours after I moved in, my brand new washer leaked through the 3rd floor down to the second floor. After a call to my insurance company, ServePro was one of the companies mentioned. They sent someone out immediately. Chad was great to work with. He was very calm, and thorough reviewing the damage. The General Manager Greg was easy to work with, professional and accommodating. Within days his team was already back to begin the repairs. They did such a good job, I asked if they could quote some other work while they were here. I was so pleased with the drywall, and painting they did. I would recommend them as a general contractor, not just for damage repairs. I cant thank Greg, Chad, Ron (Drywall), Rick (Painter), and the entire team for all their help during this process. I would definitely use them again!

Jeff, Chad, and the crew from ServePro were amazing with water mitigation! We were blown away at how quickly they answered the phone when water was raining into our kitchen from the bathroom above. Jeff talked us through how to stabilize things and protect our hardwoods.

Chad was here at promptly at 9 am the next morning with water meters, fans, and humidifiers. Promptly at 9am each day for 10 days thereafter Chad was on site taking next steps and assuring us along the way. There was no question left unanswered. We ended the mitigation confident that the source of the water was fixed and that everything was dry.

We look forward to the rebuild process and plan to return with a full review once everything has been made whole. Many thanks to ServePro for making a stressful and tedious process much less daunting!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. There was very good communication, every person from the company that I interacted with was so kind and helpful. Andrew was great at working/ communicating with our insurance company and made sure that everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. We were put in a situation we weren’t expecting or prepared for but they helped us through it.

We had flooding in our home that started on the top floor and made its way down 2 floors to the basement , and Servpro was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Jeff, Greg, Chad, Neil, and their teams were punctual, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained every step of the process clearly, kept us informed, and made sure we understood what was happening throughout the mitigation. Communication was easy and consistent, and they worked quickly while still paying attention to detail.
Having a flood in your home is overwhelming, but Servpro’s professionalism and expertise gave us peace of mind during a very stressful time. We are so grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone who needs mitigation or restoration services!

We had a faucet let go in our upstairs bathroom that flooded part of our first floor Friday night into Saturday morning. Found this at 1AM when we returned home and SERVPRO was there Saturday before noon to start the remediation. The service techs were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about what they were doing and the process overall. The work they did was first rate and I would highly recommend them to anyone that experienced the same type of issue as we did.

I cannot express how wonderful Servpro is as a company! They were the only ones who took the time to help me without just referring me to someone else. The owner, Jeff, was incredibly supportive, guiding me through how to handle my situation and what to ask my insurance.

Nick, the first technician who came to set up fans and dehumidifiers, was so kind and friendly. He also used a fogger to kill the airborne bacteria and deodorize my basement, which made a huge difference.

Over the next three days, the product needed to sit, and then Ed and another technician (whose name I can't remember) came by to clean the entire basement. They removed all the contaminated trash, scraped the floor, and made my basement safe again after a horrible sewage flood.

This was an incredibly stressful situation, and they made everything so easy to handle. I can't say enough positive things about this company and the amazing team they have !

I had SERV PRO of North Washington handle a fire damaged property of mine.. I had extensive fire damages on the 2nd floor of the home . Including water damage from the fire department.. It was a huge project, we’re talking gutting the entire home to studs, structural “A” frame work, roof, siding, windows, wiring, plumbing, drywall, paint, new bathrooms, new kitchen, flooring luxury plank flooring & carpets, new furnace. House was done top to bottom. Jeff the owner and his team did a GREAT job!

Greg, Chad, and Austin were excellent to work with. We had an ice dam that caused significant damage to the kitchen in our 1847 home, and they were quick to respond once conditions allowed safe access. They handled mitigation and demolition efficiently and communicated directly with our adjuster, which made the process much smoother.

They kept the work area clean at the end of each day, were professional throughout, and were easy to work with during a stressful situation. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone dealing with ice dam or water damage issues.
