Wayne was excellent, was able to come out quickly and fixed my freezer and told me right away what was wrong with my 34 year old dryer, he was really fair with what he charged me and I would absolutely 100% call him again for any of my appliance issues

Washers and dryers don't last as long as they used to, so be prepared to call a repairman. There are fewer and fewer of them, so when you find a good one like Washers and More make sure you contact them. They know appliances like no one else does. Gina is great in terms of understanding the issue and scheduling an appointment as soon as possible. And the repairmen know what they're talking about and will tell you whether to repair it or buy a new one. I will definitely use them again.

Wayne is a great guy who is down to earth and understandable. He will fix whatever you need. Highly recommend. Give him a call you won’t be disappointed.

The lady on the phone was nice and got all the required specs ahead of time. The guy showed up on time, worked quickly, identified the problem and quoted the cost before doing the necessary repairs. Everything was put back together and I had working dryer again very shortly afterwards.

Wayne came out to fix my dryer and knew exactly what the problem was right away. It was up and running within 20 minutes. I’m pretty sure he could fix dryers in his sleep. A true expert!

i had to have the gentleman from washers and more come out to my house and fix my oven. no one around here works on kitchaid without it costing an arm and a leg! but this place did and they were amazing. the husband does all the mechanics and the wife runs the counter and they both are very sweet and professional. i will be calling again with any other issues!

I have used him in the past for washer and dryer issues and everything was done quickly and completely on each occasion, always at a very fair price. This time he came on short notice to fix a refrigerator problem when we returned from a vacation to find it to be at room temperature inside. Again, perfect service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Working with Gina and Wayne was a great experience. I inadvertently underestimated the severity of the issue we were having, but Wayne went above and beyond to fix things for us. Plus he and Gina both seem like such nice people!

Wayne has helped us twice with an old gas dryer, installed in our house beforewe bought it. We greatly benefited from his expertise, honesty and professionalism. The second time, he was able to diagnose that the dryer was not worth repairing over the phone, saving us the cost of the service call and referred us to a source for a discount on a new dryer. I can't recommend Washers & More enough.

Recently needed my gas oven checked because it would turn on by itself intermittently.
The next day, Wayne came out and diagnosed the problem and made the repair within an hour.
He did excellent work and I would highly recommend his company for service.

Highly recommended! I recently called to have my gas dryer looked at. Arrived on time, went right to work, took the dryer apart located the problem and had a replacement part with them.

It's working like a champ and the cost was extremely reasonable. Far, far less than having to replace the appliance.

Had a side by side fridge leaking, oddly enough, from the top of the door. Reached out to these kind folks and they responded very promptly. Wayne arrived early (such a rarity these days!) for the repair and despite not encountering a problem of this nature in 30 years, was still able to resolve the problem quickly. Very reasonably priced on top of it. Would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future!

My 20+ year old dryer died on me last week. I called and scheduled very easily and Wayne came out today and was able to get my dryer fixed within a half hour. I’m thrilled not to have to get a new one. I’ll definitely be calling in the future for any issues that arise with other appliances.

Called Washers and More on a Monday. Wayne came out on Wednesday. He was on time, professional, and diagnosed my dryer issue immediately! Actually, his wife who runs their office told me EXACTLY what it was on the phone! A new idler pulley, some grease, and we paid 12% of what new dryer would cost. No way I wasn’t getting this machine fixed. Wayne did an outstanding job!
