Wayne was a real help when my dryer sucked up an article of clothing. He came promptly, explained what he was doing, and was actually able to solve multiple things at the same time. Not only did he fix the root problem but helped ensure my dryer is operating in tip top shape.

Last but not least, he fixed my doorknob on the way out the door 😂.

Gina and Wayne were amazing to work with. They were very flexible and Wayne immediately knew how to fix my clogged drain for my freezer. He can’t back a second time as there was clog in the actually freezer that had to be defrosted. Wayne was very knowledgeable and they offered amazing prices for their services. Definitely will use them again if any other appliance problems in the future.

I had a washing machine issue with door latch failure (non-emergency). They were able to schedule me quickly, and in short visit able to diagnose, order and install replacement within two days, at a reasonable price. Owners were knowledgeable and responsive. Any issues with any of our other appliances, they will be the first I call. I would highly recommend them to others. Thank you.

Wayne came out for a non-starting dryer. Within minutes, Wayne had it running again. He is, knowledgeable in all facets of
appliance repair as he originally came to the house to fix our washer. He's a great conversationalist and uses techniques that
he has picked up along the way over the years. He is definitely someone to trust in caring for our appliances.

They worked around my schedule. Arrived when they said they would, were fast, fairly priced and in and out faster than I could have imagined. Definitely recommend!

I called today to get our dryer looked at for a loud clunking noise. I was able to get a same day appointment which was wonderful! Not only was Wayne able to fix my dryer for a reasonable price, he also educated me on a lint/vent issue that could be seriously hazardous. Bonus he was also great with our dog. I am so thankful for the service I received today. I will definitely use their services again if I have any issues with my appliances in the future.

My daughter's soccer shin guard got jammed in our dryer's drum, causing the dryer to make a horrible, screeching, metal-on-metal sound. Called Washers and More on Friday afternoon, right before Memorial Day weekend. They said the soonest they could get to me was Tuesday morning. Uh, yeah! Of course! I was not expecting a holiday weekend dryer repair — I was THRILLED they said they could come out Tuesday. Wayne showed up exactly when he said he would, he went to work, 30 minutes and 160 bucks later, he told me my dryer was running good as new. AWESOME. I was thinking the jam burned out the motor and we'd need a new dryer. But Wayne fixed it right up at a ridiculously reasonable price. And reminded me that things like shin guards need to be inside mesh laundry bags if you're gonna put them in the dryer. Anything else ever breaks in our house — I'm calling Wayne.

Even though Washers and more did operate in my area, Gina was amazing ! Gina spent over 30 min with me, educating me on how to correctly load my washer and even troubleshot with me regarding my washer's problems!! This company has AMAZING customer service. Thank you, Gina.

Gina and Wayne were incredibly personable, and managed to get my oven door fixed so quickly ahead of the holidays for less than I’d pay for an hour of labor anywhere, much less parts. Great people, great fix. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with Wayne's extensive knowledge about appliances in general and his expertise in appliance repair. Wayne knew exactly what was wrong with our washing machine, brought the right part, and fixed our washing machine in twenty minutes. Gina was also very pleasant and easy to work with over the phone. I highly recommend "Washers and More" for any and all appliance repairs.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Wayne worked on my almost 20-year-old washer and quickly identified and fixed the problem. His experience really shows-he was efficient, professional and very helpful throughout the process. Gina was very nice and great to work with as well. I truly appreciate the prompt service and would absolutely call them again.

Always very friendly and helpful with a surprising amount of stock. I can always find a part or a piece I need at the last minute.

These guys are very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable, and they have a lot of plumbing items in stock, especially Toto toilets.

Great place for finding plumbing supplies and solutions, I don't normally do plumbing, only when I have no other good option. Tom broke down what I needed to do just off a few pictures, and put the right parts in my hand in seconds. Any extra drive time you spend you'll save plus more than looking through the big box store shelves and trying to find a solution. Just come here, it'll save you a lot of time and headache.

Helped me figure out a plan for some DIY work, especially helpful as I'm a first time homeowner. Very responsive and helpful. Prices were much lower than you'd see from large hardware stores (home depot, lowes, etc.) Will definitely come back if I have other plumbing tasks in the future.

Non plumber here, came here to get wax rings. Tom at the desk heard out my requirements and measurements, looked at the pictures and immediately gave me exactly what I needed. I wasted close to an hour at the Home Depot at East Liberty before this.

It was also a good price, I believe close to half the price of the same item at Home Depot.
