Dont dependable

The most horrible experience I've had with a human being since arriving in Pittsburgh. This person ruined my houses electrical system and now claims not to know who I am. His gall is flabbergasting.

Tom was great in communicating with me, he went above and beyond to complete my job in the time frame I needed, he was professional courteous and his work was spectacular and organized . He did a fantastic job, thanks Tom!

Been using Thomas Walters for years now. Always fair in price and shows up on time (which seems to be a problem for contractors lately). He thoroughly explains how he will approach a job and gets things done in a timely manner! Highly recommend!

We had Tom come in to help install new LED lights down in our basement. He was knowledgeable and and helpful in finding an effective way to get the lights installed. His price was very fair and I would call him again for any electrical needs.

What can I say, the workmanship, price, and attention to detail of Mr. Walters is amazing. He goes above and beyond just repairs and installations, he even knows how to repair roofs. When removing a 4x4 that went through the roof of our house and which carried our electrical wires, he patched the hole in the roof with a small piece of shingle--expertly done. His work is tidy, wires are tight and hidden. My wife and i own a business, and he services our bussiness and our home. I wouldn't trade him for any other electrician. Mr. Tom Walters did excellent work. I had him install a fan on a cathedral ceiling with no existing wiring. By the time he left it looked as if the fan was part of the original construction. Tom was fair priced, professional, arrived on time and left zero mess. Outside of the new fan you'd never know he was at our house. Since he works for himself you know who's going to be executing the job and standing behind the work.

Crazy fast service and great automation team.

I do not recommend this company unless you have a very large scale and repetitive project. We would leave zero stars if able. Their outside sales representative sold us the stars, accepted a PO, and then declined the work two weeks into a six week lead time. These guys left us hanging for better, AKA easier, work. Do not approach without deep pockets, a global name, and years of backlog.

This company is one of the best companies that I have ever used. Very professional polite and upfront and any questions you have they will answer. I recommend them not only for home use, but also commercial use. No matter how bizarre my request is they always seem to get the job done no matter what.
