I hired Mrs Clean for a deep cleaning of my new home. Monika and Nicole did a great job and spent 4 hours at my house. They were very meticulous in their cleaning. They even removed the drawers of the bathroom vanities to clean them properly. The dreaded job of cleaning the inside of the kitchen cabinets was completed too!

I would highly recommend Monika and Nicole for all of your cleaning needs.

We engaged Mrs Clean after using a different cleaning service because the price was right, and it seemed like they listened to what our needs are.

We are a nail salon, so dust is everywhere, and maintaining cleanliness is absolutely necessary. I was specific about a few things needing to be done well: The baseboards being clean, the floors being swept and mopped, and our front steps being swept, in addition to general cleaning of the space.

After the first cleaning, the baseboards and floors were good, but the front steps weren't touched. I brought up this issue, and they assured me that it would be taken care of next time. We also gave the employee a set of keys to our business so that we did not have to meet them every time they came.

We engaged them for cleanings every 6 weeks, and the next time they were supposed to come, we were texted and called on our day off where the business is closed because the employee could not access our business. THEY DID NOT HAVE OUR KEYS. So we went back and forth with Dianne about where our keys are because she first told us they didn't have them, and then backtracked that they definitely have them... but could not confirm that day where they were. They had NO idea where our business keys were... for 6 weeks. This resulted in a $20 credit for the cleaning that should have taken place.

We then had to reschedule to the following week. The employee came to 'clean', and it was worse than the first time. They completely neglected the front steps. Did not mop outside our door (which is inside and part of the salon), did not wipe off the top of the toilet, did not clean the glass on either of our doors, baseboards were still dirty, and they didn't dust a shelf we specifically left empty for them to clean right at the front of the salon.

When I emailed my concerns, Dianne apologized but did not offer anything additional other than telling me SHE would drop the keys off the next day.

Instead of Dianne dropping off the keys, a man showed up the next day to drop off the keys. He just walked in, said here are your keys, and then said nothing else. I came to find out that that was the OWNER! He had every opportunity to ask questions, to apologize, to do ANYTHING to make this situation right, and he did nothing... which tells me everything I need to know about how they do business.

I have asked for a refund of my most recent "service" because I now have to find a new cleaning company. I have yet to receive confirmation or a resolution at all to this.

You can't trust them to do what you need them to do OR to make things right when they mess up. It's really disappointing. and honestly, as a business owner, they don't actually care about the customer experience at all. And the response from the owner is exactly as hollow as I assumed it would be.

Caitlyn and Kayla did a great job for our initial cleaning and I look forward to having them back for recurring cleanings!

Everything top to bottom was excellent. The girls were efficient and pleasant. They did not use harsh chemicals and they were careful with fragile things/places. They listened to what I had to say and respected my wishes. They wore masks and were very thorough in their cleaning. I am very happy with the service and I will most certainly be using them again!

I really mostly spoke with Christain and she was professional and accommodating. She is very pleasant to work with and is a fantastic cleaner. She is a huge asset to your company as she conducts herself in an approachable way that is also respectful. The other girls did a great job too, they were just on a different floor so I didn't have as much interaction with them.

Absolutely recommend this company! They had a cancellation and were able to get me in the next day after I had a cleaning 'emergency'. 5 stars for sure!

This cleaning service is phenomenal. Erin, Sydney and Carmen did a deep clean (I can't even remember when the last deep clean was done) and they were amazing. The house is spotless and a thing of beauty. We are going to have weekly cleaning by Mrs. Clean and feel delighted to have have that service. I highly recommend Mrs. Clean and Erin, Sydney and Carmen.

Excellent service. Great job with thorough cleaning. Even cleaned under the couch cushions ! Every person I talked to and met was highly professional. Quick response and schedule time.

Very friendly, reliable, did a good job! Only issue was poor communication!!! Was quoted an estimate on the phone, I explained what I wanted that the focus of the cleaning was the basement. THAT WAS THE FOCUSED AREA!!! I was told it would take approximately 3 hours to do a deep clean on an Empty house. Approximately 2 1/2 hours I received a text that they were done. My husband went down to meet them and look at the work. He said that it smelled clean . And that the workers said that it was not that bad only dusty. He asked about the focused area. THEY FORGOT TO DO IT! It took the 3 of them approximately 25 minutes to clean the 2 Empty rooms. The next day when I received the invoice it was over 200 dollars over my estimate!!!! After many phone calls they did take off the Extra 2 hours that they charged!?!?
They did a good job, but lacked good communication skills.

Would recommend to anyone. Absolutely spotless job. The two women who cleaned our house did a fantastic job. Very professional and very efficient. From scheduling to the finished product I would recommend Mrs Clean.

Outstanding service my mom is sick and they cleaned her apartment perfectly they also gave her a very kind gift bag of goodies which made her feel so good. She called me on FaceTime showing me everything. They went above and beyond. HIGHLY Reccomend!

The young ladies were polite, professional and all business. We were very happy with the work they did. I like how they exhibit initiative to get to something different each visit! Erin and Robin are great.

Caitlin was great! She was friendly and thorough! It was nice to step back and really be able to see a difference.

We've had 5 different folks out so far, and Caitlyn and Timberly have been the most consistent. We've had a few misses, but no complaints this time around. It would be really great if we could have the same person to be able to build a good rapport and relationship with them over time. But if you can make a request, ask for Caitlin. We hope to see her again!

I used Mrs. Clean Pittsburgh for a move-in cleaning for our new home. They were responsive, fast, and efficient. Both of the cleaners were friendly and did a great job. They even took the time for me to walk them through the house prior to the cleaning. They even called when they were done so we could walk through afterwards with them. They pointed out areas that would need extra attention, and I appreciated that. The only issue we had experienced with Mrs. Clean Pittsburgh was related scheduling. I was told the team would arrive around 9 a.m., but the reminder email I received the week of the cleaning stated they would arrive between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. I called to get this corrected, and they could only change it to the 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. window. The unexpected schedule change made things a little more difficult on our end. With that being said, I’d still use them in the future!
