They even wear booties in my house! Who wants someone cleaning your house, only to tramp all over it with shoes? This sort of attention to detail and consideration is what makes MOTS above and beyond, in my opinion.

This is a locally owned business and they are very professional and easy to work with. The maid that I use is fabulous and always does a good job. I appreciate the fact that she never checks her cell phone while on the job. Bookings can be done online and they are flexible with updating a schedule if you have a conflict. You can communicate exactly what you want done!

Very communicative. They are very responsive to requests. If you don’t like something they want you to tell them asap so they can fix it. Availability is quite good. Not intrusive at all - i am able to work in another room while cleaning is happening.

I needed a deep clean to my house, which is a pretty large house with 4 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, and a finished basement. It had not had a deep cleaning in a few years, and so I imagine this was not a light task. But they came (on time), they cleaned, they left... left my house looking really, really great! I was home during the day both days (one of the cleaners returned the next day to finish because it was a big job), and these guys just went about their business while I was at home working. They did not take any breaks, they just worked. I am very pleased with the housecleaning, and will be using this company going forward for regular every other week cleaning. If you are in need of cleaning services, give these guys a call!

I cannot say enough good things about Maid On The Spot. I hired them for a deep clean and I was thoroughly impressed. They did a very detailed and meticulous cleaning on every square inch of the house. I provided very specific instructions in advance of the cleaning and they were followed precisely. Even though the job required more resources than originally planned, the price that I was quoted did not change. Should I ever need to utilize a cleaning service in the future, I will certainly call Maid on the Spot.

The team was punctual, professional, courteous, and did an excellent job of removing a decade's worth of dirt and crayon from our new house. They thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned all vital parts of the house - appliances, bathrooms, kitchen, cabinets, etc. They are all about fair and honest business practices and stay true to their initial estimates. When they thought they might need to go beyond the agreed upon time and estimate to complete the job, they immediately called me to work out the details and ask if I wanted to go beyond the quoted price. I definitely appreciated that. The customer service is also great. Overall, Mrs. Clean Pittsburgh is the best deal in the 'Burgh and they know their industry well. I will not hesitate to call them in the future and will always recommend them to family and friends.
