Mike is very responsive with his phone calls and emails. He called me back the same day, gave me an estimate the following day (loved that he used a drone!), and emailed me the estimate right after that. He came with his crew on-time, finished the job in one day and did a great job. Very pleased from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

Did a great job repointing one of our chimneys and rebuilding the other one! Roofers who came in a week later actually commented on how well done the masonry work was. Super flexible and worked with us every step of the way.

Mike and his team were excellent. From the time I called for an estimate until the job was finished, Mike was a pleasure. Very knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong with my chimneys, explained how he was going to fix rhem and told me up front the costs. Him and his guys worked very hard to get my 2 chimneys repaired at the same time. The cleaned up was great. It was cleaner when they left than it was before. They definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommended!!!

They were able to start the work on my house quickly and finished ahead of the proposed schedule, which was appreciated. The team ran a very clean job site and minimized any intrusion on the living space. The work was a huge improvement from the deteriorating brickwork and chimney that was leading to a leak. Would highly recommend.

I hired Chismar Brick Cleaning & Pointing to repoint and fix my chimney. They did a fantastic job and it looks brand new. The price was very reasonable, the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable not to mention they are a local business. You can tell the owner takes pride in his work and that means a lot to him. The best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Chisholm came in, used a drone to survey our chimney and higher level brick siding for our estimate. The pictures were emailed to us for our records and the post-work drone pictures were shared so we could clearly see all the amazing work at higher elevations.
They completely repaired our chimney and replaced the cap! They fixed stair cracks and other brick joint issues around the whole house. Total pro job and total mortar match. They have been done 2 days and you cannot find one place they worked - the house just looks to be in top shape! No way to see what joints they fixed or that any major chimney repair was done!
Quote was extremely reasonable, contract was clear and concise, work Team was awesome and just rolled! Was a very dirty job but all was spick and span clean when they left, a day earlier than forecast too!
I got 3-4 estimates and am so pleased we used Chisholm! Not the least expensive nor the most expensive!
Bottom line is: if you need chimney and or brick work and pointing, these guys are the ultimate pros! Use them with the knowledge that you are in great hands! Our thanks to Mike Chisholm and his Team!

Very satisfied with our experience with this company. Once we contacted them, they were prompt to schedule a time to come
over and look at the issue. Within the next few days, we received a reasonable estimate which we approved. Mike and his team were able to intervene a few weeks later. They have done a nice job and kept the dust to minimal.

The team was punctual, professional, courteous, and did an excellent job of removing a decade's worth of dirt and crayon from our new house. They thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned all vital parts of the house - appliances, bathrooms, kitchen, cabinets, etc. They are all about fair and honest business practices and stay true to their initial estimates. When they thought they might need to go beyond the agreed upon time and estimate to complete the job, they immediately called me to work out the details and ask if I wanted to go beyond the quoted price. I definitely appreciated that. The customer service is also great. Overall, Mrs. Clean Pittsburgh is the best deal in the 'Burgh and they know their industry well. I will not hesitate to call them in the future and will always recommend them to family and friends.

I've had Mrs. Clean for 3 years now and they ALWAYS do a fabulous job! They will take any specific orders you say, they are so very thorough, you can hear them runnin around the house to grab the vacuum, the bucket or what have you. It's adorable. OMGosh, I came back and trying not to disturb her, just peeked in the room she was working on. Guys, she was VACUUMING the CEILING in our Cat's Room!!! Ridiculously clean and professional. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND MRS. CLEAN. I have no reason to take up my time to even write this, except I want people to know how qualified, trustworthy and professional they truly are.

I booked a deep clean a few weeks ago, and I have to tell you that so many companies didn’t even call back during my inquiry. Lisa (from Mrs. Clean) called back and worked me into the schedule. I was honest and said that I wasn’t sure that I was looking for long-term because I have someone that is out on medical leave right now. Not a problem! The team showed up exactly when they said they would. Jaden, Nicole, and Erin were professional, courteous, polite, and gentle with our belongings. They did a fantastic job!
