Ben and Josh did an awesome job all around. Here early, on time and got right at it. Very quiet and worked hard all day! Cleaned up well, and left it looking great! Highly recommend !

I just had my furnace and air conditioners replaced and the service was outstanding. After I contacted Beam, they came out immediately to give me an estimate, then installed everything in a short period of time. They two service men were extremely professional, friendly and explained things to me after the installation. 5 Stars!! Thank you, Beam Team!

Clean install, attention to detail and routing of lines.
They went the extra mile to level and position Condensing unit, through in some rock positioning that they had to move for the pad to fit in nicely. Looks and functions great!!

I cannot say enough about the customer service I got from these guys. I had a Google nest thermostat that I had installed not working on the A/C side. I thought it was compressor or Freon. They came out and right away determined both were fine and thermostat was installed wrong. After they rewired it it was still not working correctly after they tried for over a hour. I had them put on a normal thermostat at that point. Once I started googling I saw it could be it needed a c wire or power booster even though that one said it should not need it. I bought it and then asked then if they would come back out and put it on and then reinstall the google thermostat. They said no problem. They just wanted me to be satisfied. Sure enough that did the trick. Paul and Stephen were so easy to work with. It seemed they really cared about the customer. Thx again for all the hard work. I would very much recommend these guys.

In person and on the phone everyone is very friendly and clearly professional. Had my furnace replaced, and then shortly after noticed water around the new unit. I was able to call them with my concern, and the very same day they had a technician at my home. The technician was able to confirm failure of the condensate pump and replaced the failed pump during the same visit. Excellent group of people who do solid work and place their customers first.

We called earlier today 6/9/25 about our central air conditioner not working thinking well it’s Friday so we probably won’t hear from them till Monday then we got a call about 530 from the service technician Ulysses saying he will be at our home in about 30 minutes, he arrived and went straight to work on the problem. Within 15 minutes he had it up and running. He was such a nice guy, professional and was very knowledgeable about his profession. Personality was wonderful beautiful smile too. Thank you Ulysses so much you made our day. Beam Give that man a raise!!!

I'm not sure I've ever had a smoother transaction with a contractor. Not only were they the lowest of my 3 estimates, the estimate was based on a furnace that was a higher quality brand and higher efficiency than the competition. Furnace and vent work was installed in a timely manner and it all looks like a clean smooth installation. I found the process to be honest and straight forward from start to finish.

I highly recommend these guys. I used them in the past for some commercial work and recently had an issue with my home HVAC unit. On the coldest day of the year my furnace quit. I had another firm come out and temporarily get it running but I wasn’t happy with their repair estimate or replacement cost. I called Brian at Beam. He came out the next morning, gave me a quote for a new high efficiency furnace and A/C, and was able to get a new system installed the next day. The installation team of Ron and Ben did a great job of installing, cleaning up, and explaining everything to me. They even had to shovel snow from my yard to get to the basement door instead of going through the house. I’m very pleased with the entire process. Thanks!

Dustin came and cleaned our furnace. He did an amazing job and was so friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be using beam in the future. He was clear on pricing and even gave advice on future work that might need to be done with explaining prices. Would 100% recommend! Dustin was awesome.

I am absolutely thrilled with Beam! I cannot recommend them more highly. Everyone I have interacted with has been fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, quick to respond. They installed a new AC system for me two days after I called to confirm the quote, which was by far the lowest price of any company. The installation was extremely quick and the three guys who came were great. After a power surge three weeks later, I was concerned about an issue with the air handler and called the emergency line and left a message. I received a call back the same evening and had a very helpful conversation with the on-call tech, and then the next morning a service tech came to look at the equipment, and a second guy even showed up separately a few minutes later after the head of the company asked him to stop by. I am blown! I could not be happier that I chose to go with Beam. THANK YOU!!!!

The Beam crew not only helped me design and tackle my existing and expanded needs for my addition, but the actual work they did was on time, on budget, and quite frankly the aesthetics of the finished work was sooo much better than what was there previously... my wife and I couldn't be more pleased... these guys are the real deal, thanks fellas 👌

I bought a house in Verona in February of 2025. it had just gotten a brand new hot water boiler for the heat for the house. a sensor went bad and they covered it under warranty. did not charge me anything for the visit or the repair. I must say I love a company that does stand behind their equipment and their service. kudos to everybody at that company.

This company is outstanding. I returned from vacation on a very hot holiday weekend to find one of my air conditioning units was not operating. I called Beam’s emergency line and reached Dustin. He indicated he could come to fix it but suggested first walking me through some steps that possibly would restore service. He patiently did that and the unit came back on. I have found over the years that Beam’s service techs are highly skilled and quite courteous. In addition to routine maintenance calls, I have had them perform major equipment replacements and their installers were excellent and their prices are very competitive in the industry. All in all I am thankful to have them take care of my HVAC needs.

It is sooo refreshing to find an HONEST technician. Cameron diagnosed the reason my furnace kept cycling off and on but no forced air. The problem was a misaligned shaft on my blower. He put it into its proper location and tightened in down. Kudos to BEAM and its technician Cameron.

Was having issues with 19 year old AC unit and had real concerns it was time for replacement. Dustin was fantastic! He walked me through each test he performed and his expected result BEFORE he did it. Found it to be easy fix this time. Love Beam, their employees, and their top-notch service.
