OMG! WHAT A GODSEND!! He just left a few minutes ago. He resolved my issues by starting with the BASICS. Had it been a Bigger Company, they would've suggested I buy a new Furnance! (THANKS AGAIN RISHI) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES! GREAT RATES! TREMENDOUS HUMAN BEING

Called on July 3rd at 8 AM and Rishi said he would be out in the afternoon, showed up at 3:30, figured out what was wrong with my AC, got it running and said he would be out on the July 5th to replace the 2 things that needed replacing. Showed up this morning and finished, and everything works perfect. He even did a follow-up call this evening to make sure the AC is working properly.

Called 365 Climate Heating and Cooling when my 95 year old mother required emergency service on her Furnace & Air Conditioner. A gentleman named Rishi promised that he would be at her home later in the evening as soon as he completed another job. Rishi and an assistant arrived around 8:30 PM and had her unit repaired quickly and at a reasonable cost. I asked him, "What time do you close?" Rishi responded: "Sir, let me assure you we are always open to serve you our valued customer." Upon completion of the repairs, he shook my mother's hand, said thank you with a smile. When he left my mother who speaks Hungarian said: "Jo' ember" (Good person.)

Called 365 Climate LLC when my AC unit broke on a 92 degree day. The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and was able to get to my house same day within an hour and a half of me calling. They fixed the issue quickly and explained the issue to me every step of the way.

I can't give enough praise to Rishi and his team. They installed a new furnace in my home over the New Year holiday. He made sure I knew everything ( several learning lessons for me ). I called expecting to have to wait days for someone to repair my air conditioner. The owner, Mr. Rishi arrived and fixed everything within the hour. He didn't want me to wait because it was very hot outside. He was very professional and followed up. I will be calling 365 Climate with all of my heating and cooling needs.

Called 365 about my AC not working on an 84 deg day and he showed up on a saturday within an hr amd half. He new what the problem was within 15 min and was up front with me the whole time. He answered and explained all questions I had and left me no doubt he knew what him an his crew were doing. Saved me alot of money as well. Called him about 2 weeks later on a minro issue and he told me over the phone how to fix it and within 5 min my issue was fixed. 365 is who we will continue to call for all heating/Ac/water tank issues while were in the Plum area!

Called at 8am and someone was at my house by 10am, everyone was very polite and professional even put on shoe booties to go upstairs in my home. I was advised of the steps taken for resolution, I also received a follow-up call to make sure everything was working well. So thankful for your service today. 😊

This company deserves a five star review. They were reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. I trust Rishie with all my air conditioning and heating needs. I was trying to click on 5 stars and before I could click on the others Google posted the one star before I could add the other 4. I hope it is correct now. I highly recommend this company to all!!

My wife and I and our 6 month old baby were renting a house. It was in February when it was very cold outside. It was about 7 o'clock in the evening when we noticed that it was getting cold in the house. I checked the furnace and it wasn't working. I tried calling the leasing agent but there was no answer. I tried calling the landlord but got no answer there either. I remembered my dad used Rishi so I called him and told him of my situation. He was there in 45 minutes. Within an hour we had heat again. When I asked him how much he said not to worry and that my baby will be warm which is more important. When we eventually buy a house we know who will be taking care of our heating and air conditioning. It's definitely without a doubt Rishi and his 365 Climate.

Rishi is the most honest and hardworking person I know. He has been servicing my heating and ac for two different homes plus 3 other family members homes and businesses for the last 5 years. He is the best!

If you are looking for prompt service and fair pricing, I highly recommend Rishi! I called him on a Sunday, he came out immediately. Although, he didn’t have the parts available to finish the repair on Sunday he came back first thing Monday to finish the job at no extra charge. Excellent service! 5 Stars

This business owner (Rishi) came 20 miles to diagnose my furnace issues within 45 minutes of my call. Came out with his colleague on a Sunday morning once part was received from out of state. Was on time, polite, professional, and priced fairly. A reliable business owner with a throwback work mentality that is generally appreciated! Highly recommended!

This company is fantastic. I called and they came in 15 minutes. They fixed my cooling problem and educated my tenant on AC settings and the correct filter to use. Very fast and professional and friendly service. Very respectful. Rishi is very knowledgeable. Any time I had a problem with my HVAC and called him he was there within 15 minutes to a half hour. He doesn't bring you along or try to sell you something that you don't need. He's a real problem solver. I've referred him to friends, neighbors and family. Great service! Called to have my AC checked. It was very old and needed to be replaced. I had a brand new AC system installed in 5 hours!! A very efficient operation and friendly, knowledgeable technicians. Very pleased with this service.
