He recommended the best option and why, and explained exactly what I needed done. No sales pressure. Extremely fast response time from initial call to installation. Every part of the process was explained beforehand as well as the logic behind certain recommendations. Everyone involved was punctual, and efficient. They left the space cleaner than what they found it and the attention to detail was excellent. Definitely would recommend!

I have been working with Rishi and his team for over 5 years. Over the time I have worked with him, he has repaired my air conditioner, replaced my furnace days within a day in the middle of winter, and assisted my in-laws with a heating problem the day after Christmas. He is also my sister's go to HVAC person. I wouldn't have anyone else work on my HVAC systems.

After over a month rishi has the maintenance guy come to tell me that rishi will be at my house in an hour and that I need to clear a path from my balcony to my apartment door and move everything off of my balcony, so I did. Well that wasn’t good enough, the couch needed moved too, I couldn’t move it by myself and so the maintenance guy came to help. He cleared the path by leaning my couch against the wall on its side. They moved a set of shelves and all of my balcony furniture into the hallway completely blocking access to the bathroom and bedroom.Then he wanted me to move my guinea pig playpen and the maintenance guy actually ordered me to move the playpen for Rishi now when maintenance guy initially came, I was sleeping because I have an upper respiratory infection. So then they start complaining about the work, when if they had given me more notice that they were coming I would’ve had it done by the time they got here. No manners or respect for apartment tenants and their lives outside of air conditioning.

Update: Called Rishi to ask if he still needed me to move the Guinea pig playpen out of the way, he said no and then he tried guilting me saying that now he’s loosing his job. I flatly said that’s not my problem and he should have shown more respect.

Had a heart to heart talk with Rishi and we cleared everything up and no hard feelings. He is currently replacing my ac/furnace and we are on even better terms than when this all started. Even trusted him and his crew to be in my apartment alone for about twenty minutes while I walked to the store and I asked him for a cigarette and he gave me three, then he bought me lunch from canes.

The owner is very nice, extremely knowable about his craft. He spent quite of bit of time answering any questions I had, explaining my specific unit an dhow to have it operate at peak performance. I already having him coming back for furnace maintenance.

If you are looking for a competent contractor with integrity, look no further. Rishi arrived about an hour after I called. Pricing was transparent and extremely reasonable. I also received a free education on how to maintain my existing equipment. Rishi cleaned and charged the unit and advised me on a more appropriate set-up for the house without ever trying to sell a product. He even cleaned the floor where we had tracked in dirt. After the AC had a chance to run for a little while, he called to make sure everything was still working properly. I'm extremely happy with the service I received and will happily call this business for future needs.

Rishi was ready to come the same day when my water heater went down. He provided an estimate and completed the new installation within 2 hours. Extremely professional, efficient, and fairly priced.

Furnace went out Thursday called Rishi and he came over immediately that Thursday afternoon, not only does this man know what he is doing, but he isn’t going to lie to you or try to sneak in any additional prices, he treats you like a real human being and walks you through the process whatever is being repaired. Coldest week of 2026 so far and my furnace breaks. I called Rishi (who came very highly recommended) after calling another company first and I wish I would've called him first. He came in was 100% honest with me, saw my wife and I had a 6 month old baby in the house and put a brand new furnace in the next day, for far far far less than the other company. That told me I had to get a new AC if I was getting a furnace and quoted me 16k to 23k.
Rishi will be mine and my family's go to HVAC guy for as long as he is in business. He didn't try to up sell me, he did use me having a 6 month old baby in a home with a broken furnace and windchills in the -20s outside as a pressure technique like the other company did. He and his crew were polite, courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. Great HVAC company, honest, prompt and all around professional. 5 stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the most pleasant experience we have had with a contractor! My husband and I just bought a new house and it needed a new HVAC system. We called Rishi before closing to get an estimate on replacing the unit and he was happy to do so. Once we purchased our home, he called us to congratulate us and was there that day with a new unit ready to be installed the next business day. Pricing was more than fair, And he was honest, considerate, and on time. The team worked so clean and had everything spotless after they were done. Rishi was very thorough in explaining our new unit to us and we so appreciated everything that he did for us. Out of everything that we were impressed with, what impressed us the most was his kindness. The world needs more people like him.

Furnace went out early this past Saturday. Called around 7am, Rishi was here by 9:30am, furnace up and running by 10am. He took the time to show me what he was doing, thoroughly explained everything, and how to properly care for it going forward. Also called a few hours later to make sure it was still good, customer service at its absolute best. Also promised him I'd include a picture of me changing the filter so he knew I did it!
