Kowall Electric did a fantastic job! I called them for a small job, which actually uncovered a bigger issue that needed to be addressed sooner than later. Mike mapped out 4 different options for us and went through each option, the cost, and answered any and all questions we had no matter how small or silly it seemed.

When they were completing the job, the electricians were so thorough with the work they were doing and took their time to ensure that the job was done correctly and to their high standards. They were so respectful of my home and kept me up-to-date of what they were working on and asked any questions they may have needed a little extra clarification on.

Greg was also very hands-on from the moment I called the company. He responded to my call immediately and set up an appointment ASAP. After the initial appointment, he reached out again to make sure that all of our questions were answered and make sure that we were comfortable. During the work, he personally came out to visit to make sure that everything was going well and to, again, answer any questions I may have had. Afterwards, he reached out to make sure we were satisfied with the job and make sure there were no lingering issues.

Everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful!! I highly recommend Kowall Electric and will definitely be using them again in the future!!

By far one of the best experiences with a business ever. From day one Greg was quick to reply. When he came by for an estimate he was professional, personable and kind. He answered my endless questions and helped me choose the safest options for my family. They did the electric from the inside out for a pool installation. Mike and Thai( the crew) were outstanding!! Always on time, great with communication, got the job done quickly and always cleaned up after. I would say I was sad to see them go but with this old house and minimal outlets I am sure I will be using them again. They will forever have my business. Can't recommend enough!!

Found Kowall Electric through recommendation. We had a partial power outage. Kowall was able to come out quickly, diagnose the problem and resolve most of it that day. Although a return visit was required, they provided a safe temporary solution until remainder of work could be completed a few days later. Friendly, knowledgeable, high quality work, punctual and kept in touch with everything. Very happy with experience. Would recommend.

Greg’s team did a great job diagnosing/explaining the issue and clearly walked us through our options with pricing. After their first visit, we had them come back to install some new kitchen and dining room fixtures. They arrived on time, finished their job, and left their work areas spotless. They had drop lights, drop cloths, and Thai even came back and swept. Mike answered all of my questions, and I can ask some questions. Pricing was very afforable for these days and times. I had to get an electrician last minute a few months ago after a neighbors tree came down and took our electrical service off our house with it during a wind storm. After reading many positive reviews, I was lucky enough to have Mike from Kowall Electric to come out within 24 hours, and not only was he able to get our electrical service back up in working order but we got a great price on a replacement circuit breaker panel and other various electrical work that was needed (just bought the house 6 months ago and it was built in 1939. Use your imagination on what this electrical system is like). The workmanship was top notch, the price was provided upfront and incredibly fair while also being broken down piece by piece as to what I was paying for, and the customer service has been top notch through this whole process. Being a first time homeowner is an adventure in itself, but I’m glad to know I at least have a great electrician to fall back on. Highly recommended!

Kowall Electric was amazing! Our electricity went out all of a sudden and we did not know what to do. I searched the internet and came across this company because of the great reviews, I called immediately. They walked us step by step on what to do over the phone! They were a life saver. They also came out the next day to check out our super old breaker box. We decided to upgrade with them. They did an outstanding job replacing all of the wires and upgrading us! Thank you so much!!

If you want quality work done, Kowall Electric should be your 1st choice. I have had nothing but excellent service from Greg (owner), Mike & everyone else who has worked in my home. They have been helping me with a multitude of inherited issues over the years and have not let me down once. The staff I have worked with have gone above and beyond from getting soup for my wife when she was sick and they were on the job while I was at work to helping with a faulty fence, these guys are amazing.
