Fast service, knowledgeable and friendly. They diagnosed our problem and were able to return the next day to get the 6 hr, 3 person job done. They made every effort to get safe power back to us as quickly as possible.

You never want issues with the infrastructure that powers your home, but sometimes unexpected events happen, and I sure am glad KECO was there to help! Greg Kowall and his team were professional, courteous, precise, thorough. I am very pleased. It was a stressful situation in that water was discovered in the electrical panel which necessitated replacement. Greg and Mike helped me understand the safety and performance issues involved in a manner that reduced the stress of the emergency. I ended up feeling they were prioritizing safety overall. Compared to the other bidders for the job, I think they gave the project the most accurate analysis and the best fit. I would highly recommend this company and plan to call them for my next electrical project.

The Team at Kowall was very impressive. They ran a 240 line for my hot tub from the front garage to the rear of the house without making one cut in my finished basement ceiling. The team was very knowledgeable and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the job. I will continue to use them for all of my electrical needs.

KECO has installed a dozen (or more) fixtures in our home, ran the wiring for an entire new kitchen & living space and has helped with several miscellaneous projects for us in the last year. We upgraded several fixtures and added recessed lighting + under cabinetry LEDs in multiple spaces and all turned out perfectly. They’re great at what they do, knowledgeable and considerate of both your time and home. Highly recommend!

My father at first try to do the light fixture, and he failed and below out five circuits, and they come super fast, and fixed it super fast as well, now we have all the power back on. Both Workers were polite, very hard working and the job was reasonably priced. We will always called them again if we have problems.

We had KECO come out to give us an estimate. Of course I saw the hundreds of 5 star reviews so our expectations were pretty high. The technician came out and he was extremely courteous, explained everything, and answered all our questions. Even the owner, Greg, responded immediately on a Sunday nite and after hours on a weekday. Greg must never go to sleep fielding questions via text and email in a prompt and engaging manner. Their quotes are competitive and with their amazing customer service, I will definitely be using them. I will report again after they do the job. I have no doubt they will be nothing but excellent!

Hi! This is my follow-up review for a job well done. KECO sent out a hardworking courteous crew. It was a pain in the badonkadonk kind of job that took a full day. Greg came by to check on them. It was nice to meet him in person after texting him at all hours and on weekends (not saying that everyone should do that but he is quite responsive). And a shout out to Mary Beth who is a lovely customer service rep!

Ran 4 new wires from kitchen to breaker box. Replace job box. Replace a couple outlets. Finished it all up by cleaning the area!!
Great company starting with the lady who answered the phone to the electrician (Mike S) who came out and did the job. Very nice people top to bottom. Electrician explained everything and never put pressure on us. No BS sales pitch or you have to do this or that BS. Highly recommend!!!!

I'm very impressed and satisfied with the work KEC did on my house (miscellaneous electrical repairs/improvements).

My electrician, Mike, was great -- very friendly, professional, efficient, and helpful. In multiple instances he went above-and-beyond what we'd agreed on the initial quote/proposal, such as replacing an outlet box that wasn't mounted well in the wall or cleaning up other connections in the same box as a switch he was working on. This really showed his commitment to doing quality work and making sure things are done right rather than just doing the minimum, and I really appreciate it.

Marybeth in the front office was also really friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate that she was able to have Mike come out on short notice to take care of one small thing that would have held up other work on my house.

I don't have enough experience to know if the price I paid was a good deal or not, but I do know that it was much more reasonable than the one other quote I got from a local company (which frankly even I could tell was outrageous). Given the quality of the work and how long Mike spent here, it seems reasonable to me. I'll definitely be calling KEC back the next time I need an electrician.
