Very happy with the service from Kowall Electric. Had a small job with one outlet that wasn't an emergency yet they still got out very quickly. Mike and Chris addressed the issue and also did an overall safety inspection giving me an idea of how old some things might be and when they need to be replaced. Very happy with the pricing and the service, and I will be calling them out in the future whenever I need a licensed electrician!

I can’t say enough about how great the experience was with this company. From the office staff who scheduled the appointment to the two electricians who came to complete the job things were outstanding. They were able to move my appointment up and get someone out to the house the same day. The guys were pleasant and completed the job in a timely fashion. I will definitely use them in the future for any electrical issues. Highly recommend Kowall Electric.

Yikes! I found myself in need of a licensed electrician right before the holidays. We lost all electricity in our home and we were especially upset due to the lack of heat. After reviewing several companies in the area, Kowall Electric seemed to be the most prominent one in the area. So I called the company for service and within an hour, I was contacted by the owner, Greg.
I explained the problem and Greg said since he considered the situation an emergency, he would schedule a visit ASAP to assess the condition and get the job scheduled quickly. What a relief! The lines of communication remained open during the entire process and was very much appreciated. To make a long story short, the main breaker panel needed to be replaced with a complete grounding system/ a seal and caulk meter socket followed by drywall to finish the job. The area was left clean and tidy. The workers were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Kowall Electric. I could not finish this review without mentioning the obvious level of your dedication for actually working after dark on a Friday night in order to get the job completed; so we could have heat again! Thank you.

I live in an 80-year-old house that was riddled with outdated and faulty wiring, both inside and out. I had such a great experience with Kowall electric. With a very knowledgeable and friendly staff they were respectful when entering my home, they put on foot protection, so that they did not track any dirt or dust into my home. They got right down to work and cleaned up all debris when leaving my home. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The crew is very personable and most important part, They were thorough and checking over everything to make sure the job was completed 100%.

I would highly recommend Kowall Electric to anyone who has been having electrical problems. They were true to their word on the estimate. The were prompt, courteous, and explained everything they did. There was a problem with my FiOS when they were put everything back together through no fault of them The tech stayed to make sure everything was alright. They cleaned up after themselves. A very good experience, I will use them for any other electrical needs I may have in the future. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable.

Had a power surge from a storm on Wednesday night. Dryer didn’t work and despite replacing circuit, it sparked when it was turned. Mary a beth was very pleasant when I made the call and was able to get me in the next day. Very responsive and kept me up-to-date on arrival times. Mike S was my technician and he explained everything as to what needed to be done and pricing was up front. Very happy. Kowall will be my go-to electrician(hope I don’t need them though!).

During the recent severe storm, a large tree fell in our backyard. It not only pulled down our wires, but the impact also pulled our electric meter out from the side of our house. KECO responded extremely fast, coming out the next day and getting the job done quickly and efficiently. Greg, Mark, and Ron were also incredibly nice and helpful during a difficult time. We still don't have power, but we're ready to get recharged as soon as PECO gets here because KECO got us set up.

Excellent company!! They put in a ceiling fan, upgraded some outlets, & put in a fire/co alarm system. Very reasonable price with great service. Came on time, cleaned work spaces very well when work was completed, and made sure we were completely satisfied. The two workers were very professional, courteous & just really nice guys!! Greg, Eric and Dante were great to work with on our project. They installed 3 new fans/electrical, new ceiling lighting, repaired existing flood/security lighting, replaced our panel, ran new electrical outside to support a pool equipment renno and ran underground lighting to a damaged post and new outlet. They were on time, flexible, clean and the communication was great. Would recommend them and work with them again.

I had a great experience! They were able to schedule the job quickly and remediate issues we found during our pre-inspection. Michael, Ty and the rest of the team were very thorough in their recommendations and completed the work within the expect time. The owner also reached out directly to explain the work needed and address questions. The day of the job, they were kind enough to accommodate our work from home schedule and our curious pet Corgi. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Kowall Electric did a fantastic job! I called them for a small job, which actually uncovered a bigger issue that needed to be addressed sooner than later. Mike mapped out 4 different options for us and went through each option, the cost, and answered any and all questions we had no matter how small or silly it seemed.

When they were completing the job, the electricians were so thorough with the work they were doing and took their time to ensure that the job was done correctly and to their high standards. They were so respectful of my home and kept me up-to-date of what they were working on and asked any questions they may have needed a little extra clarification on.

Greg was also very hands-on from the moment I called the company. He responded to my call immediately and set up an appointment ASAP. After the initial appointment, he reached out again to make sure that all of our questions were answered and make sure that we were comfortable. During the work, he personally came out to visit to make sure that everything was going well and to, again, answer any questions I may have had. Afterwards, he reached out to make sure we were satisfied with the job and make sure there were no lingering issues.

Everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful!! I highly recommend Kowall Electric and will definitely be using them again in the future!!
