Bob's guys arrived on time, as scheduled, and quickly got my GE Profile dryer-issue diagnosed. He gave me the estimate, to which I happily agreed (I was fearful it was gonna be much more), and before the hour was up, my dryer was operating like new, again.
The wife's happy & that's really all that matters!!

Bob, the technician came out this morning to look at our dryer. He was very kind and on time - thought we had a bad motor or belt - Bob did a good cleaning on it and got it running! So very thankful for great service. Would definitely recommend to others.

This is my first time using Bob’s and will definitely NOT be my last. Prompt on returning my initial call. Service guy called to let me know he was on the way. Found the problem on washer and able to fix it same day.

Technician was prompt and on time and very courteous and professional. Installed the part for our washer quickly and came on a Saturday morning to install second part because he knew we were without a washer. Receptionist who answered the phone was also courteous and returned our call promptly to schedule an appointment. Thank you

Would not recommend this company at all! We followed their own advice and replaced the fridge board. When the problem continued and we asked for service, they refused to help because we replaced the part—something they specifically told us to do in the first place. Zero accountability, poor customer service, and no willingness to make it right. Terrible experience.

Waited for weeks after initial service call for a part to arrive. Part arrives, installed in under 10 minutes... machine still doesn't work. I got shoulder shrugs, and a $360 bill for the parts and labor, and advised to buy a new machine (from him). No thanks, Bob.

Called Bob for an issue with my dryer and he was kind enough to help me over the phone to get it working at no charge. Very nice of him. I will definitely be calling him next time I have an appliance issue. You don’t find that these days.

Needed a bake element for my electric oven which broke right before thanksgiving. They squeezed me in within two days. Quick speedy service. Bob was in n out of my house within 15 min. Professional courteous. Great price. Thanks again. Highly recommended.

My washer was not spinning and we needed help diagnosing the issue. Bob was very timely for his scheduled appointment and in under and hour was able to diagnose the issue and quote me for repair costs. He recommended replacing the machine due to cost of the part needed and age of my machine. This honestly is much appreciated. I love that there is only a $20 service charge for him to come out. Will definitely call Bob back again if needed.

Wonderful company! Contacted them on the weekend and they responded right away. Gave me the first available appointment. Confirmed the night before and contacted me the day of 15 minutes prior to coming. Tech was very nice and friendly…..repair was diagnosed and finished within 45 minutes! I was extremely happy with the cost and timely repair! Will definitely be using them in the future. I highly recommend this company!
