Rob installed a new service for me down in Philadelphia. He was very responsive, fair priced, and did clean work.

I appreciated the professionalism of Tyrone G. who provided a check up of our system. From his pleasant demeanor, putting covering on his feet to ensure he was not tracking dirt in our house, and his fast service..I have nothing but good things to say.

Mike and Danny provided excellent service installing a new hot water heater, new kitchen faucet, and some toilet flappers. They even took a few extra minutes to help me reattach a drain gutter downspout that had gotten disconnected outside. They were very friendly and communicated each step of the process.

I’ve been a long time customer of J.M. Oliver. Recently one of their employees Tan Mai came to check on my heater and I have to say that the service he provided was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, patient and had wonderful interpersonal skills. He took care of the business at hand and left us feeling 100% satisfied with his visit.

I'm really glad that David came out and recommended then installed a new bathtub faucet and valves. With his 29 years of experience, I had no worries. He educated me regarding the existing setup, new products, plumbing techiques, and recommended maintenance. When it was all said and done, it was a beautiful job!

Nathan Murray provided excellent service regarding the fire alarm issues I was having with the recently installed fire alarms in my home. Nathan immediately replaced two of the fire alarms that were causing an issue and he also checked a fire alarm in my basement, on my request. He explained to me what may be causing the fire alarm issues. Nathan is a very knowledgeable and experienced electrican, he is courteous, and he updated me on his appointment and arrival time. Nathan provided excellent service and I would recommend Oliver Electrical and Nathan Murray for your residential electrical needs.

Today I had the pleasure of Aiden McHugh servicing my HVAC heating maintenance. He was amazing he started with a call to inform me that he was on his way. He even asked me if I had any questions or concerns and if I needed more information about the plan I am on and the service that will be done on the heating system before heading to my house. He is a very friendly and respectful young man. He was very clean presentation wise and was very clean in the space he service. He kept everything organized. Aiden kept me updated on everything he was doing. I like that because it shows me that he cares for my family and I safety. This brings comfort to me because this shows that Oliver's staff care about our family and that we are able to trust them. Aiden keep up the good work. Aiden is amazing at his work. If I am able to choose someone for service for my HVAC I pray Oliver's send Aiden again. Thank you again Oliver Heating and Cooling is a great company to use. Also, have a great staff.

Left several phone messages and not one returned call. Very unprofessional. Wish i could give a zero!

Had heat pump checked on April 29th, 2019 because of an error code. Technician came out and reset system and told us that we have to keep the temp set higher during the winter and that nothing is wrong with the system. They charged us $89 for the arrival fee and $163 for a "level 2 analysis." That's $252 for resetting our thermostat and telling us to keep the temp higher (about a half hour of work). I called the company to express my concern, but no one ever returned my call. If you have lots of money to burn...then this is the company for you.

So I couldn’t use my water and Oliver came out and he installed these fixtures for 30 minutes and charged me $900. Then the man walked out with my fixture that was brushed nickel. I spoke with the manager that Monday who was supposed to order that and promised that it would be delivered a few days later. After a week I still have not heard anything. This company Steals from customers and charges outrageous prices with price gouging. They are going to be reported to the board of plumbers.

solid for two weeks.

I used Bob's Appliance Repairs several years ago and was very satisfied, I called again recently, due to a broken refrigerator and after describing the problem Bob recommended I replace refrigerator instead of coming and charging for a service call or worse performing a repair on a worthless refrigerator.

SCAMMER!!!! DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!! Came and fixed my washer only to have it die next day. He saw the problem was bigger than the initial fix and said nothing. The washer needed to be replaced. He saw the problem and said nothing to me. Instead, he fixed the smaller problem in 5 minutes and took my money. Do yourself a favor and shop around or buy a used or new appliance.

Do NOT trust this company!!(VALORIE or the Owner Will not call you back .. poor customer service..they will send a service technician out to you.. ask for a check and never return your calls.. AND NEVER come to repair your appliance.. had to report them to BBB apparently this is not the first issue with Bobs appliance you cannot be trusted..

Stood me up for 3 seperate appointments. Each time rescheduling me for 2 weeks only to reschedule me again. Barely answer the phone. Very unprofessional. As a landlord i would avoid the service.

0 stars if possible. I was scheduled for a tech to come out from 7a-10a and no one ever showed up. I called twice and asked for an update and no one returned my calls. Terrible customer service.

Call was answered promptly. Appointment scheduled next day to come out and look at my oven. Technician diagnosed and fixed problem ( bad ignition)in less then 40 minutes.
