Perry Robinson did a great job checking my HVAC system. He is very knowledgeable, respectful of property and very professional. As a matter of fact, I requested Perry this year because of the job he did last year. Oliver delivers and hires great people.

I had Perry Robinson come today to do our heater maintenance. He came on time, was very professional, super friendly, explained so many things to me, helped me find the dirty filters in my basement and removed them. He showed me and explained a lot to me about the system so that I know what to look out for in the future. I also learned a lot about the different filters we have and how to know when it’s time for them to be replaced! It was an excellent experience to have somebody so knowledgeable and helpful come today to care for our heater!! I give him an A+ :)

Herby Mecridi was the technician. It was quite the troubleshooting nitemare! For 3 hours he was patient,friendly and dilegent in his resolve to isolate my problem. He was as joyful as we were when it got solved. We had no heat for a day and a half with nitetime temps in the teens! He is definitly our hero.

We had Oliver Heating perform the annual maintenance & inspection on our heater. Tyrone Gunby III did an excellent job servicing the equipment and making sure everything works properly for this winter. He is a credit to your company and a real nice guy.

Free yearly generator maintenance. Needed new battery but was working..Covered under my five year plan. Electrician showed up on time, called first and was very efficient.. never call anyone but oliver!

Heater stopped working. As a customer of Oliver heating, I was able to get same day service. Tyrone Gunby III was my technician. He arrived promptly, explained what the problem was and worked diligently to fix the issue. He was pleasant and neat. I would highly recommend him.

We have used Oliver for maintenance for over 20 years. Perry Robinson was our technician today and he was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful of property. We discussed the various units and Perry took the time to answer all my questions. I am very appreciative of the training Oliver provides to the technicians, Perry was great!

Perry came out to service my heating system today. Was very professional and told me what I needed to have done, and what can wait. Was very honest with me, did not leave any kind of mess, and was also a very good person to talk with. Hope I can have him come back next service, since he was very knowledgeable as well.

Oliver replaced my worn geothermal heat pump with a modern new one. The unit had two parts, one in the basement and one in the cramped third floor attic. The installation team was very respectful of my property, worked diligently and expertly, and was quite pleasant.

Ryan and Matt were great! It turns out that my humidifier was functioning properly but Ryan walked me through his diagnosis process and showed me how I had misinterpreted the problem. He also showed me how to test the functionality of the system the future. Very patient and professional! So glad they were here today!!

We’ve been very pleased with the service we get from Oliver. We’ve requested the same technician, Perry Robinson, several times for seasonal maintenance. He’s incredibly thorough and just the most pleasant individual to welcome into our home.

We didn’t include the cost for the service as it’s covered under our annual maintenance agreement.

Perry came out on a very cold Saturday afternoon because our heat wasn't working. He fixed the issue quickly! Although we don't want to need more repairs, we'd have him back anytime! Thank you, Jerry and thank you Oliver Heating and Cooling.

Tyrone Gunby lll was The Olivertechnician for my annual HVAC maintenance He was polite, friendly, and very efficient. When I needed an additional service, he explained what the issue was, the remedy and the cost. If you’re lucky enough to have him service your HVAC, you’ll be in good hands.

If I could give Oliver 10 stars I would. This was my second bathroom remodel and, once again, I was totally pleased with the results. Danny, the project manager, was professional, knowledgeable and orchestrated the entire process so the various trades (plumbers, electricians and carpenters)could complete their work in a timely fashion. Dale and Bob were awesome and their craftsmanship was beyond my expectations. They turned my ugly, outdated pink and blue duckling of a bathroom into a beautiful grey and white spa like swan. I highly recommended Oliver for any home improvement. JOB WELL DONE!!!!!

They came out to help me with a broken pipe late on a freezing cold night. Nicholas Scavello did great work to fix things in short order so I could get the water back on and get on with my life. I’ve used them for years on HVAC service, and their plumbing service is top notch also. Highly recommend them.

Great job repairing my central heating system. System was taken apart and rebuilt. An extra service overview was conducted and the system is at perfectly. I was also given an additional three year warranty as my original 10 year warranty had expired. The tech did a fantastic job.

Technician came out for our annual heater maintenance yesterday. Window was between 2:00 and 9:00 PM. I was happy to hear he would be at our home by 2:30. That's when everything went wrong. He some how shorted out our programmable thermostat and began calling other techs for assistance. He offered in install a temporary manual thermostat until a replacement for the one he damaged was received. He couldn't even do that. He tried calling a service manager and no one responded. No other techs answered his calls either. He ended up leaving us with three small space heaters for the night and said someone would call the next morning after 10. We are now scheduled for service Sunday from 2 to 6:00 pm. I am extremely disappointed with how we've been treated after being a customer for almost 20 years. Oh, but we won't be charged for the thermostat replacement...darned right we won't!
