These guys are great! I just moved to Springfield and didn’t know a plumber in the area. I called Tom Friday morning with a couple clogged underground gutter downspouts. That same day their technician Matt assessed and resolved the issue. High quality and reasonable pricing - definitely recommend.

Tom and his team have helped us countless times with our multiple drain issues over the years. I’ve yet to write about how incredible he is so this is way overdue. Most recently, we had an emergency sewer blockage. Matt, from his team, fixed our issue and identified a larger township blockage. We are thankful for his promptness and expertise.

Some neighbors had recommended McKenna Plumbing in the past. We had an unexpected leak from our kitchen plumbing and Tom came out promptly to check it out. We have an older home and he was able to figure out a solution that minimized having to open up walls which was great. His team came out with him the next morning and got the work done at a reasonable price. They were polite, professional, happy to answer my questions. Having an unexpected leak/expense is never fun but they made it a better experience than I expected. Will definitely be using them for work in the future.

Tom and Matt were responsive (day of) professional, and knowledgeable guys. Matt fixed our refrigerator valve leak and added a back up main valve. Not only did Tom get back to me immediately from his vacation! But he had Matt at our house within 2 hours of our conversation. McKenna Plumbing came out and resolved our plumbing issue right away. Matt was prompt and polite, listened to our issue, explained his plan, and updated me on the progress. My drain was clean in two hours, despite challenges with my piping to the street and lack of clean out port on my main drain. He also was able to make a recommendation for a drain modification to prevent future issues from occurring.

I was having some water pressure spikes then a huge drop in pressure. I had been dealing with it for 3 years, I called Tom and he was able to come out and diagnose the problem within an hour and had it fixed that day. Extremely professional and friendly, he explained what he was doing and offered advice along the way. The repair bill was extremely reasonable, I will be calling again for all of my Plumbing needs. Very friendly and fast. I was able to get an appointment in the same week I called for a minor gas line issue. Kyle was able to get the job finished up fast and ensured the new connection did not leak as well as to relight pilot on heaters.

I initially went with a different plumber who completely misdiagnosed the problem and was going to charge me thousands of dollars to fix something that did not even need fixing. But I felt something did not sit right. I decided to get a 2nd opinion with McKenna. Shane came out and was able to figure out the problem very fast (the ACTUAL problem) and fixed it within a few hours for a reasonable price. They saved me a TON of headaches and money because I almost went with another company who did not know what they were doing. Thank God!

Called this morning about a leak from my shower. Tom was professional, and timely. He found the root of the problem, provided me with additional information regarding my home’s pipes, and promised to be back in 2 hours.
His partner came over, and took care of the items, was kind, fast, friendly, and explained what he did.

McKenna Plumbing was the third plumbering contractor to come out and address an unspecified gas leak at my home. My Gas had been shut off by PECO without clear defination of where the problem was, making the detection difficult . The first two contractors clearly didn't know how to address the problem. When I spoke to Tom on the phone before he came out I knew he was an expert and felt confident he would figure this out. He also came out same day, later in the day!
I can't speak highly enough about how professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable Tom is(he is a true expert in his field) and his collegue Kyle was equally as professsional and personable. They treated my property respectfully and cleaned up after they finished and most importantly they identified and fixed the problem. I was able to get my gas restored. and did I mention I found his pricing to be very reasonable! Highly recommend!!!

McKenna Plumbing and their team responded to my call expeditiously. They were ready to come out the very next day, but due to some occurrences on my end I wasn't available. They were able fit me in for the following day. My 11 year old water heater crapped out and they worked with me to get me back up and running. Prior to calling McKenna I received an estimate from one of those companies that's national and they gave me and estimate of $3,000. I didn't pay nearly as much with McKenna. My next door neighbor just had a water heater installed a week prior by McKenna. I reached out to him and asked about the work he had done and he was very satisfied. He provided me with number and now I'm a extremely satisfied customer. Thank you McKenna! By the way, the technician, Shane was super professional, thorough, and efficient.

Highly recommend McKenna plumbing. They’ve come out for 3 different projects we’ve had come up , including a toilet repair, new hot water heater and sink replacement.
They’re so easy to work with and provide excellent service, walking you through everything. Knowing nothing about sinks Tom was kind enough to talk me through how to measure to ensure we bought the right size. All of the technicians we’ve had have been personable and professional and we’ll continue to use McKenna for all our plumbing needs
