Did not have a good experience at all. I contacted Bob’s and said that my lower oven burner was not working and I had purchased a new igniter and replaced it. Still didn’t fix the problem. They came out ,said it was the igniter. When I got home I took the igniter out and put the one that I had purchased noticing the the wire had been changed and it worked. Long story short, they were not honest.

First of all, I don't recommend them for your repair.
I am not sure what service they provide, I called for Gas Range Oven Repair. The technician came and said the igniter was faulty and without proper testing the parts, he cut the wire and make it completely unusable and anyway I had to buy a new one where he could have simply plug that off. And the pricing!!! OMG, this guys are highly overpriced compared to their professionalism.

Bob came out and was very professional and efficient. Quick fix and affordable, highly recommend.

I have been using Bob for several years now. You can not beat his $20 service call, he is honest, dependable and gets the job done. If something isn't worth getting fixed, he will let you know. I have recommended him to family and numerous friends.

Bobs appliance repair is great. I had them service my heater a few days ago and I was ecstatic when the technician fixed it for under $150. I had another company quote me for the repair at the end of the heating season last year and they gave me a quote of $385. I had a dryer repaired. The service man was on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly as a more than reasonable price.

Called bob appliance to repair my washer was given an appointment where I would have to wait almost 2 weeks later when the time came for bob to come out and service my washer he or no one else showed up. After practically waiting all day I finally called to find out why no one showed up he didnot have the courtesy to return my call. I then waited and called a few days later and still no response in returning my call. What a trifling company.

Heard good things about Bob's so I called for an appointment to fix my fridge. They couldn't come out for about a week and a half but since several people loved them I took the appointment. So day of the appointment finally comes and I had to take off of work to be home. The tech was supposed to be here between 7 and 9ish so I waited. Around 8:15, I went upstairs to go to the bathroom and of course the guy called when I'm up there. I called him back 2 minutes later but it went to voice-mail so I left a message and waited for him to return my call.. Then I noticed that he left a message saying that I had to reschedule so I called the office number and had to leave a message there as well. When the lady called me back she said that because I missed his one call, I had to reschedule. They apparently do not even come to the home unless you answer their call. If you miss the call and try to call them back, they are not allowed to answer the phone. The next appointment wasn't until the following week where I would have had to take off of work again. I've never heard of such a system that treats clients like this. The great reviews made me feel like this was a small family oriented company that valued its customers but they treated me like a number in a long line.

I called Bob services on a Thursday and my dryer was fixed the next day. I had to call again because I was smelling gas when the dryer was in operation, needless to say, the technician came out and of course we didn't smell any gas. He inspected the situation and educated me on what the issue could possible be. I appreciate their quick response to my enquiry. Very professional and cost friendly. I would recommend them and will probably use them in the future.

Needed a washer and dryer repair. Tech arrives with an attitude insisting he called me. He misdialed. He was passive aggressive about my repairs, trying to tell me sometimes washers just don’t spin in the middle of the cycle? I’ve used this washer for years, I know when something is not working as usual. My dryer of course worked this morning during his visit even tho it was not working all week. When I asked if there was anything he could check to figure out what it could have been to prevent another issue arising in the near future, he told me he wouldn’t know where to start. Never again.

Horrible I feel as if he ripped me off for $20.Insisted we were loading the washer wrong and nothing was wrong with it. We had washer for 4 years so we knew something had broken. After he left we goggled the issue. It recommended a suspension rod needed to be replaced, ordered , replaced and fixed myself. My fault for not goggling first. Will never call Bobs again and would like a $20 refund

Horrible Company, don't call them, they make an appointment with you then never show and don't call you, I called several times and left messages asking what happened. I'm still waiting for a return call. Also when you call them they tell you they will return your call after you leave a message within 20 minutes, that's another lie. Don't waste your time with this scam company.

Quick response, reasonably priced and the dryer is running fine. Will use Bob’s for other work on my a/c. Highly recommend.

I really liked that I was able to schedule an early morning appointment. The technician quickly discovered the problem and made the repair to my refrigerator. Great service!!!

Serviceman Bob came out to repair my gas overnight igniter and was prompt, courteous and provided great customer service that all started with a call to advise of his arrival the morning of.
Very affordable and great local company. Will definitely be referring and using Bobs Appliance repairs for all my future needs.
