Terrible customer service

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service when I called. The woman who answered the phone was unprofessional, and the overall interaction left a very negative impression.

I typically prefer to support small businesses, and I initially reached out with that intention. However, due to the poor service, I chose to go with Johnson’s Heating and Cooling instead.

Based on this experience, I would recommend considering other companies.

Dakota was professional, fast and thorough, came out on the same day and fixed everything. I will never use another company other than them, ever again.

Always professional and courteous. Solid work and fair prices. Went above and beyond replacing my AC/Heatpump and a few other smaller items.

They responded quickly and assessed the problem quickly, in and out in less than 10 minutes. 100% pleased and would recommend them to someone looking for heating and cooling services.

Initially had a great experience with Cianciotti when replacing our power panel this summer. However when it was time to turn the heat on this Fall nothing worked so we called them once more. The service tech alerted us that THEIR work performed this summer was left incomplete with wires not connected AND continued to bill us yet a 2nd time- even with our insistence that this was the result of their work to fix their mistakes. Steer clear if you want a job done right and only one bill.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Chuck and his team are! He really took the time to explain things and answer any of our questions . Highly recommend!! Another company was trying to get us to spend an obscene amount of money using scare tactics . We are so lucky Chuck was recommended to us . He saved us a lot of money , gave us peace of mind, and made sure we had all of the information to make the best decision for us .

Cianciotti heating &air conditioning LLC are nice people to have working on furnace. They came Monday and put a new furnace in,did great job putting in and cleaning up after it was put in.nice guys working for them.

Chuck & his working family members replaced our complete whole house air conditioning units last summer but also replaced our high efficiency gas furnace at one of the most intense cold snaps last month! They expertly installed the furnace including duct fabrication in four hours! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality & professional workmanship!
