Very disappointed with the service because five years ago that I had this service of this company in my house was very different. Let me explain. The gentleman that came was more interested on the phone on his personal call then the pipes that he was supposed to be unclogging in my house and every two little shreds of roots that he was taking out it was a whistle. Obviously, I wanna know what’s going on just whistle. Tell me what’s happening and then he moved to push me into getting the jet jetting or something which I would’ve gotten but you don’t tell me that way I’m sorry ma’am if you don’t get the jetting done right now the guy is here in Malden if you don’t Going to explode You don’t tell me that so needless to say is the worst service I’ve ever gotten. Will I call you guys again? NOO
So thank you but no thank you $652 in 10 minutes 20 max no thanks please please anyone up there do your homework. Don’t just trust because you used to call this company before companies have changed. Just ask around who is going to be worth better for your house for your job and who is going to take matters into their own hands and care for your property I know that’s a lot to ask.

Troy was excellent with what he did, to fix our problem. Extremely thorough with his explanation, and clean up as,well. Definately will use him in the future.

Clogged drains in basement. Explained the plan for action and cost along with follow up action. Snaked the basement floor drain checked inside and out accesses and suspected debris caused the backup although nothing was able to be pulled out of the plumbing. Follow up with a camera check in the pipe. Very professional and transparent with what to expect.

Troy at Roto rooter is a life saver. Came and fixed my toilet issues and now we can use the bathroom.

Troy is great at his job, very thorough and explained every detail of what was going on with our water leak with our kitchen faucet.

.y buddy Rik came back to address a leak underneath the cabinet in our newly installed bathroom faucet. The old pipes were required updating to work better with the new faucet pipes. Rik took care of it in a timely manner.

We had a leak in our bathroom at around 11 pm and they were able to send someone out immediately. Steven was our plumber and he was awesome and fixed our problem!
