Conscious a. However, my comments from the estimate visit:
1. Extremely fast response time on phone and being able to come on the weekend. No fees for the visit but no diagnostics were run.
2. Told the tech I had a sleeping baby and to be quiet and he followed directions very well!
3. Tech seemed
Genuine and knowledgeable.

Troy was very helpful unclogging my main basement sewer drain. He took his time to thoroughly test and explain the work he did even though it was late on a Sunday night.

Great customer service and even better technician in Troy. He came in and explained what was wrong then went straight to work! Now our water is running perfect with no leaks/backups!

Troy did a great job updating us on his ETA. He easily maneuvered his equipment through our small rooms and down a flight of stairs to our basement. He took his time explaining the work and answered all questions.

The tech got here bright and early the next morning (I submitted my request at 10 pm) and was so knowledge, nice and kind. He was able to unclog my basement I’d been trying to fix for days. It was sediment build up. Will absolutely use them again if needed.

I phoned in a service call for my tub which was not draining properly. The representative was thorough and polite and had a service technician here within approximately 30 minutes. The work was done perfectly and everything was cleaned and put back in perfect order. Jason was the service technician and I could not more highly recommend him or this branch of this company.

Had a great experience with the 2 nd technician Troy Cyphert who came out to fix a sewage backup . Troy was very nice and kind and he explained everything to me , he went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have any more issues and was very knowledgeable.

Master Plumber Robert provided great service. Unclogged main drain, removed grease buildup to mitigate future issues, offered professional advice to prevent future problems, also found coupon unsolicited to lower price. Greatly appreciated the ease of scheduling with office and ability to align technician with my schedule quickly and efficiently.

Troy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Did a quick walk through and was able to determine where the issue was. Had everything fixed in just a matter of minutes. Didn’t leave any mess and was super helpful on precautions to take to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Basement dewage water started showing up, called Roto-Rooter in the morning. Arrived quickly after a couple hours, figured out the issue and were super helpful in explaining things. Absolutely loved the service!

We had to evacuate our house last night at 6:00 p.m. over a gas leak in our pipe. We had called a few locals between last night and this morning, and nobody would call us back. I had my husband call Roto-Rooter because I have a 4-year-old daughter and was no longer waiting in 15° weather to get some heat going in my home. Troy came, QUICKLY, assessed the issues almost effortlessly and in no time was able to go out and pick up the material he needed, come back to my home and get everything done in situated in a 3-hour time frame. Not only was he quick and efficient but he was also very personable, kind and considerate, and respectful. We don't have a lot of decent human beings like that anymore so I was very grateful we received him. I highly recommend using Roto-Rooter and if it all possible, I most definitely recommend requesting Troy if it is possible!

We bought an older house that we absolutely love, but didn’t expect the plumbing issues that we have encountered. Luckily, we found Roto-rooter to help get us in the right track. While, there will be some rather expensive repairs needed in the future, I can’t say enough positive things about Nick and the team that got us squared away for the time being. First time calling Roto-Rooter. The technician, Steven, arrived promptly the same day and was able to finish the job in about 2 hours. He was upfront about the cost before he started, which I appreciated. Definitely check their website for coupons, too.
