Friendly workers and they show up when they are expected to. Installed a new furnace for me and took the old one away. After trying to fix the old one it was determined to be unfixable. It was, after all, 25 years old. A few days after the new one was installed I received a text message from Joe with pictures showing multiple cracks in the old heat exchanger. This is a dangerous situation. That's the reason it couldn't be fixed. Joe and all the people at Dipaola's know what they are doing. Much appreciated and highly recommended!

Installed an updated Carrier HVAC system and tankless water heating system. Our older home did not have central air previously, but it was no problem for their crew using the duct work and supplies already in place. Installation of new heater and cooling system was completed within 5 hours and I couldn't be happier. The crew was on time, and very respectful of our home and property. Having a 100 year old house did create some unanticipated problems, but DiPaola's crew had quick responses and made the changes look simple. we are enjoying a state-of-the-art thermostat that came with the system, quality system, and materials, and all included in a very respectable price. The people at DiPaola are very professional and friendly, from the young lady who scheduled my appointments to the service techs who performed the maintenance on my systems. I was informed as to the approximate time of the techs arrival via a phone call before time and the service was thorough and efficient. Any questions that I had were answered so I have no worries about the system this coming winter.

Dipaola LLC is an excellent company and the equipment they sell and maintain is superb. Brent, the service technician who visited today, is a very positive and intelligent individual that really knows his stuff. I feel very comfortable about the Carrier heat pump I purchased last year and the group that maintains it.

We have been using Dipaola for several years. We have a contract for them to come and check furnace and AC yearly. They check everything completly making us feel confident that they will function properly. They are polite and professional.

The guy was great, came on time, fixed the problem in about 30 min replaced the capacitor on the ac unit but charged me over 300.00 dollars that I thought was about double what it should’ve been.

I purchased a split system heat pump from Dipaola's. It was a fairly expensive unit so I was a bit apprehensive to pull the trigger on it. So I had a ton of questions for Joe. He answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism - sometimes late at night. He was definitely the type of person you hope to deal with when making a large purchase like this. The install took two days and after they had left I noticed some things that were wrong. They made a couple of mistakes and then there was an actual issue with the system itself. Joe came back the next day with the owner of the company and a whole crew of guys and had everything fixed within an hour. It was very refreshing to see that kind of response to my concerns. Definitely recommend.

I have dealt with Melissa, Nicole, Corey, and Scott, and no question is a dumb question (well it might be, but they sure don't treat you like it!), which I think is important when you are clueless about these things. After an absolute horrible experience dealing with a recall fix for my furnace, I was blessed to find someone who would do the recall on the manufacturers website. The staff at DiPaola is professional, friendly and wonderful to work with. The repair was done as promised and when promised. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

call them! We have worked with DiPaola for several years, including new construction, maintenance, repairs, and emergency calls. They always respond by phone immediately and make service calls quickly, even with our property being at a distance. I cannot say enough good things about their office staff and service providers! I am extremely pleased with the professionalism of this company. I had them install a York furnace and air conditioning unit at my previous residence in June 2016. They installed it in less than one day and did a great job. They even cleaned up the garage beyond what mess they made. This past winter was the most comfortable our house has been since we moved there 23 years ago. Whatever temperature was set at, that's the temperature it was 24/7. This was because of the modulating blower they suggested when I purchased our system. The summer was just as comfortable with the ac unit and again no fluctuations in house temperature. Well we moved mid summer 2017. I decided I wanted to replace the furnace and air conditioning units at our new residence since the existing system was older and ac wasn't working. I called DiPaola QCC and ordered the exact same system I put in at my other residence last year. They came down and installed my new system and again nothing but professionalism. This company offers a service plan for a nominal charge yearly that gets you two checkups and extends your warranty to 10 years parts and labor. I like the fact that I will have no bills for this new system until at least 2027. The cost of the service plan is less than one repair call. I would highly recommend this company to anybody..........

My air conditioner stopped working in the middle of summer. My house was over 80 degrees inside and being that I have pets, I wanted something done as quickly as possible. I had called a different company who, long story short, kept pushing off fixing it and never responded. I reach out to Dipaola and right away they were able to come out and help. The technician took his time and checked every component of the air conditioner and provided me with the issue and solution options. I opted to getting a new unit as well as a new heater since both were about 20 years old. They were able to temporarily fix it to help give me comfort in the house until they were able to fix it. Scheduling was quick and easy, they showed up on time, were very kind and explained everything to me. The new units are beautiful and work great and the warranties are superb. I will be using them from now on for any and all HVAC needs!

I really can't say enough about how wonderful this business is. Our air was broken for over a week. Countless other companies came out but they were either too expensive or didn't know what they were doing. Then I found Joe and his team. Joe came out to the home in less than 24 hours. He took the time to look at both the heating and air conditioning. He then sat down with us to review our options and explain everything. He was able to get both our A/C and our furnace replaced in less than 24 hours. Install team was quick, clean, and very professional. Now my house is cool and I don't worry about a thing. DiPaola is the only place to go for my home needs!

I called Monday morning about a clogged sink and Corey was out that afternoon and fixed in 30 minutes with no additional charge beyond the standard service fee. This is my second great experience with DiPaola’s. If I need HVAC or plumbing work they’ll be my first call. Highly recommended.

Very professional and curteous from my initial phone call for an appointment to the service call itself . It’s refreshing to have someone show up within the time frame quoted . Corey was very professional and explained what the issue was and what he did to remedy it . My appointment was for a plumbing issue in the shower . Will definately call again for any other needs without hesitation .

Corey was here for our annual geothermal furnace check. Always feels good to have a reliable technician who is upfront with us and not just going through the motions of doing a job. He suggested an add-on to our HVAC system that would help keep our air cleaner and help my wife with her allergies. Sold. Highly recommend Corey and Dipaola's.

Excellent company! From scheduling to repairs they were extremely professional, got me an appointment quickly and came out to assess the problem, gathered the materials and completed repairs within 24 hours of the assessment. Very clean, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for plumbing repairs.

We were very happy with the work done on our home. They installed ductless AC that was difficult with our lot and did an excellent job especially considering the constraints due to the lot configuration.

They also installed a new boiler/water heater system with multiple zones as they installed in- floor heat in 2 baths and a kitchen addition. The work there was impeccable. The plumbing work was very neatly done, so well done that my husband will include it on any house tour.

And to top it all off they are really nice! It was a pleasure having them in our home. Thanks, guys!
