From start to finish, OTP was wonderful! The salesman answered every question we had on a timely basis, even after business hours. The installation crew was friendly, courteous, and professional. They did an amazing job. Technicians, Alex Weiser, Aiden S, and Mark K were great to work with.

Couldn’t be happier with my new outdoor bistro lighting installed by Chris, Marcus, and Semaj from Outdoor Lighting Perspectives. This team cannot be beat. They are friendly, skilled, and professional. It was a pleasure working with them.

Lights stopped working quickly and TERRIBLE customer support. Over the last four months, we’ve been calling customer support (more than 20 times) for a servicing appointment because our lights have turned off. Every time, they promised to send the local representative to fix our lights, but nobody ever showed up. The local representative never responds or returns our calls, effectively denying any responsibility to fix our lights. Would not recommend to anyone.

They were very receptive to coming out to fix my light and they did a good job on installation.

Everything about working with OLP was amazing! Mike was super knowledgeable, had great suggestions, quick to respond and get us on the schedule, and worked within our budget. During our install day, Chris and PJ knew exactly what they were doing and were so patient, answering all our questions. They had smiles the whole time, even though they worked through the rain! We had our lights installed over 20 years ago by OLP and we were due for an update.
We had a couple new lights added and replaced our bulbs with new led bulbs. Everything turned out better than expected!!!

They did an excellent job. The lights on trees are perfect!! Highly recommend they provide the extensions cords. We had nothing to do put turn on light switch wonderful!

There could only be one word that describes my experience with this company (WOW) ok 2 words (Awesome) from the initial estimate Mike was great in the beginning and then it even got better once they did the job ! Alex & the crew were fantastic ! Alex walked me through the process & the finished product and also help me get signed up for the app to control the lights ! This is the team you want to call I have been in business for almost 30 years . I don’t recommend anyone because I don’t trust subcontractors but this company I will definitely support & Recommend to anyone! Thanks again for delivering what you told me you would and nowadays that is nonexistent -You guys operate the same way that we do in our company

I LOVE my outdoor lights!!! Mark was head over heels nice (get it Mark?) and so was Alex. They were so polite and friendly and gave me sound advice while planning where to place various lights. They helped clean up sticks and branches after the job was completed (that they didn't need to) and were completely accommodating. I wish every "contractor" that I worked with were as professional and friendly as Mark and Alex. Thanks guys. I would whole - heartedly recommend OLP to anyone looking to cozy up their outdoor space!

We recently had pathway lights installed, the technician, Eric, was on time, efficient and did an amazing job, answered my questions and made certain adjustments that I requested. The next day, we had an additional 2 pathway lights added, the technicians, this time, Alex and Aidan, also demonstrated excellent customer service and product knowledge.
