I was very pleased with Melvin‘s work! He was incredibly helpful, personable and professional. I had him come out last month to assess my heat pump and he advised me on what to do about the problems I was having. I’ll be honest, I got a second opinion and the guy who came out from the other company was so rude and unprofessional so I went straight back to Melvin. Melvin showed me the mildew all over the inside of my heat pump; the guy from the other company rushed around my house (With his muddy boots) and basically ignored me the whole time. I called you guys back to have Melvin install a UV light And put some cleaning tabs in. He explained the whole process to me and he listened to every single concern I had. I’m a first time home owner and I felt so much more comfortable and secure with Melvin. I think he is a great asset to your company and I was very happy with his work. I will absolutely call and ask for him in the future if I have any more issues. I’m glad I found this company online! Thank you, Melvin!

My experience with Dave was great. He was very professional and straight to the point.

In the process of selling my late grandmother‘s house, the AC system decided to be uncooperative. The fan was not blowing, which led to the coil, line set, and condenser freezing. We called plummet, heat it, coolant, they quickly came out to diagnose the problem and then came back at a later date once the part arrived to repair the unit. They were professional, clean, honest, and I would highly recommend their services.

Working with Rob was great. He quickly identified the issue with our water heater and provided us with replacement options that aligned with our needs, budget, and timing, including same day install. We will definitely be recommending Plumb It Heat It Cool It to friends and family.

Melvin was great!
I received a prompt, courteous callback for an appointment, and I got scheduled within a couple business days. They arrived early, after calling to confirm that was okay. They were great with my dogs while quickly assessing the work and giving an estimate. On the same day, they installed a shower kit and fixed a couple smaller plumbing issues efficiently. It was a job well done.

Had a gas leak on my hot water heater. Dave sniffed it out and got it repaired in short time. Great service.

Rob was very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and prompt. He did excellent work. I highly recommend him for any HVAC or plumbing issues. Great company and great guy!

I’ve used Plumb It, Heat It, Cool It for years, and will continue to do so. I’d highly recommend Rob and company for anyone looking. Rob was transparent about pricing, options, and suggestions to plumbing issues I was having. They had great financing options for a bigger project, and he was able to schedule me quickly. The work looks great and offering a membership for HVAC maintenance gives me one less thing to worry about.

MY FURNACE WENT OUT A WEEK OR SO BEFORE THE HOLIDAY WHEN WE HAD SOME PRETTY BITTER WEATHER. I CALLED AND AS I HAVE RELIED ON THEM IN THE PAST, THEY UNDERSTOOD MY CIRCUMSTANCES AND ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY. THE SERVICE PERSON WAS CLEAN, WORE SHOE COVERS, AND QUICKLY DIAGNOSED AND REPAIRED THE FURNACE IN A TIMELY MANOR GETTING MY HEAT BACK ON QUICKLY. THIS COMPANY DOES EXCELLENT, QUICK WORK, EXPLAINING ALL THAT IS NEEDED AND THE PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. THE OWNER AND THE ASSOCIATES ARE ALL VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE QUICK TO GET MY FURNACE BACK ON.
