We are sooo grateful that we found Ronnie pitts! He and his whole team are so great. They’ve done so much work on our house these past few years, from helping put in a bathroom in our unfinished basement(including thinking through the layout, moving the washer, and putting in an ejector pit), to saving the day when our children filled our sewer vent with rocks, they are the best to work with. Always the best price we found in the area, but even if they weren’t we’d still pick them because confidence in any job they do.

Our kids love watching them work and want to be plumbers when they grow up.

We had 2 different teams come out to create a custom sump pit cover (bc ours was old and didn’t have a cover) and remove a tank hot water heater, plumb the basement and put in a tankless hot water heater on the opposite wall. Everyone was friendly and professional, they respected our house, and even let me know when it was going to get really loud so I could put headphones on my baby! Highly recommend this company!

Ronnie and his team are great. He is professional, fast working and focused on fixing your problem and not selling you things.

I have used them a few times in the past and had good experiences but this time I felt compelled to leave a review.

I had no heat and my boiler was slowly flooding my finished basement. It was the weekend and Ronnie wasn't available to come out until Monday so I called another company.

The other company told me they couldn't fix it and that I needed a new boiler. I texted Ronnie and he helped me stop the flooding and get my boiler so I could use it over the phone. He then came out the next day and fixed my system by replacing a faulty valve. The fix room him less than half an hour.

Mr. Pitts installed a water softener for previous owner at our new house. He personally came out to our home, showed us how it works. Very nice guy and very personable. We would definitely call him back if we experience any plumbing issues in the future.

We had another plumbing company try to over charge us on a few services. We got Ron's number from a friend and gave him a call for a second opinion. Not only did he save us a lot of money, he fixed all our issues in no time. He also gave us great information for things we might want to do in the future. I truly appreciate how honest and thorough Ron was. Needless to say, Ron will be our first call going forward for all our plumbing needs. Thanks again Ron!

Dan was good. And I had a great experience with him. But the second time when I use them, Joe came in without knowing the work that needs to be done, quoted me a high price, also gave me false information.

Rob was awesome to work with- communicative, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain my options and then completed the heating and plumbing work well, making sure everything was in great shape before leaving. (He was also very sweet to my kitten, Mojito!) I highly recommend Plumb It, Heat It, Cool It.

Great experience with Daniel Jimenez as our service member. Honest evaluation and advice. Got things fixed and running and was able to see us quickly. He arrived promptly and took care of all things that were needed.

Melvin was excellent. He came promptly despite a late weekend call. He completed a thorough review of the issue with my boiler, showed me and explained what was wrong. Provided options for fixing the issue as well as a rough time frame for the fixes. The PHCit phone line was also great. I recoding a return call within 30 minutes and email update after speaking to the triage representative on the line. Once I get the work completed I will leave another review.

Rob and Dave replaced old pipes in my bathroom and utility closet. Despite tight working conditions, they did a thorough job, keeping the work sites clean and answering my questions. With the new PVC pipes, it is now easy to see and understand the plumbing setup. (August 2025)

Rob rebuilt my water meter area, including valves and pressure regulator, plus replaced a hose bib and valve. He took great care and thought about the little things... the ease of connecting a garden hose, stabilizing pipes with clamps, labeling the new main, and noting the household water pressure on the regulator. He also helped me deal with the water company. Great work! Thank you!

Joe replaced my tub spout when hard water caused the shower diverter to get stuck and finally not work at all. I'm very pleased with the high quality materials. Joe is efficient, personable, and professional. Best of all, my membership with PlumbItHeatItCoolIt continues to save me money.

Our ac died at 8pm right before a major heatwave. I called a bunch of places that claimed they were 24/7 emergency response and they basically told us "sucks to suck" -- eventually I remembered about seeing this company and their name reminds me of a song so I gave them a try. We got connected immediately with someone who was ready to schedule us for the next day. Yeah it sucked having to close up the house in the hopes that we didn't cook, but their technician was there within the window given (and on the earlier side) and he and his partner got us up and running in like 90 mins. They were also able to reuse the fan in the unit and saved us like grand. I definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs plumbing/HVAC. I know I'll be using them

Nick was absolutely great. Rob was awesome too. They replaced my old pipes and made my kitchen functional again. I’m so pleased with the work they did, and I’m very grateful that they were able to work in some really tight spaces. They showed up on time and were very respectful of my home. I really like that a picture of the worker is sent before they come out so you know it’s from the company. It’s an added layer of security.

Joe did an excellent job repairing our kitchen sink! He was professional, arrived on time, and worked efficiently to get everything fixed. Good team. Use them for hvac and plumbing maintenance and repairs. The annual plumbing, heating and ac checks are informative and help keep our systems functioning well.

Right before a major heat wave my air stop working. I called plumb it heat it cool it as i found paper work from previous owner of house had used them. They were able to come out two days later and found and fix the problem under a hour of appointment start. Was even given recommendations and honest thoughts on unit

Excellent local business. They sent someone out within a week and provided high quality service. Best thing about this company, besides them being local owned and family run, is they conducted thorough diagnostics, gave me my options, and did not pressure to upsell. Will 100% definitely use them again!

These guys are the best. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond to ease my mind of an issue I thought I was having and provided a clear explanation on the issues I was having and how steps to correct them. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Rob B. did a wonderful job undertaking a Herculean task including three new sinks, two new toilets and new shower fixtures and completing it in less than a day and a half. Very impressed with his workmanship and his professionalism. I work from home and most of the time he was here, apart from when I let him in, I would have been unaware that there was anyone else in the house with me. Beyond thrilled to have a fully functioning kitchen sink after spending an extended period of time without one. I would gladly recommend Rob B. to anyone I know in need of services to address plumbing or heating issues (he also put in a new heater for our house several years back).

Called on a Thursday, made an appointment for the following Tuesday. They called on Monday and if I had time, they could handle it early. The job was done in 30 minutes, and they took $50 off of the estimate. So the job was done ahead of schedule, and under budget!
