Kyle B. was very informative,and knowledgeable concerning our toilet being stopped uphe had to do some hard work to get my toilet flowing properly again, but all in all he did a fantastic job he cleaned up left no mess thank you Kyle and thank you roto-rooter for sending this gentleman.

It would be impossible for me to be more pleased with Roto Rooter. I was in dire need of a reliable plumbing service to address several issues. I had completely forgotten RR provided these services. I called at 9:31 in the morning. At 9:35, by doorbell rang (maybe I was lucky, but it was literally less than 5 min.).

Ben did an amazing job quickly resolving a low-pressure shower. He explained the issue and the proposed fix, which I value as an engineer, in addition to answering all my questions.

I will be using them for all plumbing issues from this point forward. If they had a 6 star option, that would be my rating!

I had the privilege and honor to meeting one of your employees I believe his name is Khalil he was absolute gem and respectful he was kind he was informative though I am not a plumber he explained to me every step of the way as to what he was going to do, what the issue was and what he was doing. RotoRooter's representative, Kyle, was remarkably helpful and knowledgable of the trade. He explained what he was going to do before he did it, and let me know how things were prooeeding along the way. He was able to explain what I, the homeowner, needed to know about my aging lines. I knew enough to understand, and he let me know the different levels of actions I could take to care for them, and throughout the life of my sewer line. He put the actions in terms of longevity, cost, and value. No pressure. He understands the needs of a homeowner and kept it realistic. He made it comfortable to think about what I can do to care for this aspect of a house ... like paint, doors, or a roof. Homeowners don't think about sewer lines because they're burried and out of sight. Learning from his insight made me feel comfortable with thinking about a previously invisible part of my home investment. I genuinely appreciate his help. I will definitely request him for any future services.

Roto rooter replaced a main waste pipe at a rental home I own. They did a great job with the project and got it done same day. However, they charge a lot for that level of service. I paid over $5k and this was a small job. It could easily have been done for under $2k if I was willing to wait a few days. So bottom line is good service, extremely high prices.

Kyle came out to help unclog a drain outside my residence. He was thorough and informative about the issue and the process. Good guy, 5 stars!

Micheal took his time explained everything that he was doing and did not stop until he diagnosed the issue and let us know the next steps.
