I had am electric water heater fire in the middle of the night. The next morning, I called On Point Plumbing and Mike answered my call. He came within 2 hours and had a new water heater installed within 6 hours. This was no small task to find the correct 80 gallon water heater and install it in a single day with no lead time! Mike is an excellent person to know and work with; his plumbing skills are great too!

Mike was a joy to work with. He was responsive, friendly and fast. I had an emergency leak that was a pain to find the source of the problem and he was able to help find it and fix it. A real pleasure to work with.

I’ve had the opportunity to use On Point Plumbing twice. Both times I received excellent service. Very responsive, explained in detail what they were going to do. Had to replace a portion of sewer pipe that had severed due to house settling. Replaced the pipe and added an additional pipe access for easier cleaning in the future. Second time was for a water heater. Fast service and reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Just used them today, Aug 25th. Owner was nice, worked with me, informed me along the way. I appreciated that it was all done within a few hours. Local, friendly and reasonable price imo.

Mike came did a great job at our home. He was efficient, professional and made sure everything was clean and in good order before he left. We had a sump pump and sewage ejector pump replaced.

These guys are great. I’ve had them out for several things, big (basement plumbing) and small (toilet flappers) and they are prompt, provide expert service and repair, and just nice to deal with. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough for anyone in need of plumbing services

Today I had a bathroom faucet installed and a house filter replaced along with new piping. The service technician's were very thorough, knowledgeable and respectful. The work looks great and everything had been cleaned up by these two men. They did a great job.

First time using these guys and it was great. Had a situation that needed immediate attention and they had someone come out on super short notice and got the job done quickly. I 100% recommend them
